Wow sounds like a great deal. Thinking about booking this for me and my dad
Since I'm polish I can recommend either visiting a salt mine in Wieliczka or go to the largest polish theme park called Energylandia with some huge rollercoasters.

Edit: Park shuts for a winter term.

Booked this deal that came up last time. Going in 2 weeks, for 4 days!..

The booking process is agony. Between 1 and 2 hours on the phone to a 'foreign' fella for him to give me choices of hotels as all of the dates we wanted, were fully booked on the ones advertised.

The flights they give you are rubbish so you will have to pay more for decent flights (early rather than late) but I managed to get it down from 50 quid per person, to 40 quid extra total just by asking for a better deal.

Would not recommend booking via Groupon again, but hopefully the destination itself is worth it.

Alt key too.For "ó"

Not really, he's writing in English, not Polish...
71 bucks for 2 people? Bargain. See if I can persuade missus to leave the kids with the grandparents now
Great place, friendly people, cheap food & drink. Bargain at this price.
Bucks can work for a few currencies that aren't dollar based (India for one) but it makes zero sense to use it in this country

Depends on what you plan to do as well.

Auschwitz takes half a day max but is a fair distance away travel wise. We did it and the salt mine on the same day.

Could be cheper tbh
It will be absolutely freezing at that time of year. Visited December last year and was -10° and with the wind chill was much much lower. Wear many many layers and thermals. It is somewhere I believe everyone should experience in their life. It is truly moving. Krakow is a wonderful relatively compact city to explore. Recommend Salt mines and Wawel castle as well.
Nice find
I regularly book flights to Poland for £5-20 and hotels are dirt cheap really. So to be so restricted I honestly wouldn't bother.
Is there a non-Groupon way to do this trip on a reasonable budget? Sounds worthwhile, but would prefer a bit more control over the booking process than a travel agent will allow.
Wow bargain
Is there anyway of getting this deal from Manchester?
do you get to see the swimming pool?

Huge Rollercoasters! Brilliant idea for mid winter/ January in Poland when temperatures are likely to be touching minus 20 C. Even the Austrian ski slopes will be warmer... enjoy
Nice deal. Lovely city and people. Heat

Out of interest as I seem to miss these bargains... 1) where do you typically fly to in Poland? 2) departure airport? 3) flyingwhich airline? 4) how far in advance do you have to book? Cheers
Great deal. Krakow is one of the most amazing cities and the horse drawn carriages were stunning.

Ryanair and Leeds Bradford usually. Last time I was in Warsaw and planned to fly back from Krakow, but ended up doing a road trip with friends and needed to fly back from Warsaw, it was £12 (one way obviously) with a few days notice. There are two airports in Warsaw and it's the one furthest away from the City (ie biggest airport)
Using Airbnb £20-25 a night gets you a nice place to yourself, but you'd probably have to book in advance, hotels are cheap also.

It was 20+ week ago when I was visiting.
When is getting colder park shuts down for a few months anyway.
I don't like Krakòw, boring
Two days doesn't do it any justice. We still wanted to see more after four days.
