Good price for a nice machine.

Picked mine up in 2013 when Amazon had it in their lightning sale for £49.99 including the aeroccino they also had a £50 gift card offer on at the time too. Best £0 I ever spent!

I'd say there is a good chance this will be shipped from one of Amazon's UK distribution centres as well.

Excellent price.

Bought one, thanks

Good find!
Ordered.

Will this come with a 3 pin uk plug ?

Its Spanish Amazon site, most likely come with euro plug, its 230 Volt so just put a new plug on it or buy a euro to UK travel plug (_;)

Do people know how to put on a three pin plug nowadays! Get an MK Toughplug, I always use them

Presume you mean currency conversion charges? visa charge around 1.7%

I've got the exact same machine.

it's decent, but you can't get a mug under the spout. Fine for espressos, or warm some milk in the microwave and pour an espresso from this into it.

given the choice now, I'd have bought a better one.

The clue is in the name: Espresso machine!!

Does this use the heinously expensive chipped capsules ?

Ordered - thank you

Pretty sure it says Nespresso machine.

Anyway, just giving my experience of owning the same machine. My main gripe is the spout being close to the drip tray, meaning none but the smallest of cups can fit underneath.

I got one with a North American plug (don't ask!) but having tried it with a North American to UK adaptor, it just will not pump out the coffee. Is it REALLY as simple as taking the NA plug off and putting a UK one on? I am for sure no electrician and I'd like to live a bit longer!

it's just a combination of Nestlé/Nescafe and espresso. all these machines originally were designed for espresso sized cups and in a European market most people making coffees from this won't go bigger than a teacup anyway.

Amazon often send out items to be delivered in the UK from their UK distribution centres, even if the item was ordered from one of the other European amazon sites...so it will not necessarily come with a Euro plug. Anyone ordering should keep the order tracked to see where it originates from .

Still a great story.

Probably depends on your bank or card issuer. I just paid fees of around £17,non domestic fee, for a 800 euro transaction. So even if they do charge it should be minimal.

If it's from the US, it's 110 volts - I'm amazed that you haven't blown it up!

thanks op
