This stuff is great for using in curries, although at 65g fat per 100g, don't add too much!!! Seems to be around £1 in supermarkets. Has been in B&M for a few weeks now, so guessing that it is national deal.

Cos they can . My local Indian deli charge £32 for 10 kg of chicken breast .. How much do morrisons/tesco etc charge ?. If you have time and inclination and can shop around you can half your food bill.

Around £5.90 / Kg most places, so you're getting a great deal. You're right of course, if you have the time, energy and inclination, you could shop around and reduce shopping bill significantly, especially as the big supermarkets just take it in turns to have big brands on offer. When Sure deodorant comes off special offer at Tesco, you can bet your bottom dollar that it's on offer at Asda, Morrisons or Sainsbury's the next day. But for a lot of people, the value of the time saved by just doing one supermarket shop, especially with cheap delivery slots available for online shopping, outweighs the financial value of savings that can be made by shopping around. I tend to use Tesco for big online shops now and again. Used to use Asda, but several items out of stock when the order came, just happened way too often. Rarely have even 1 item out of stock with Tesco. Shame, as Asda was a bit cheaper. I raid Lidl every couple of weeks for stuff we use regularly that is significantly cheaper than the big supermarkets. Canned and dry goods, but also dip into meat and seafood if the price is good. What became my favourite beer recently is from Lidl. I'm sure I look like an alky as I push my rattling trolley with 32 bottles of beer in it around the store, plus a loaf of bread that looks like I've only added it to show I don't subsist on Green Gecko IPA alone. Anyway, tangents... voted hot for the creamed coconut.
