Disgusting in tea or coffee. I'd rather stick to cow juice.

Brilliant for making a thai curry. Heat added

about the right price it should be.

Enjoy your high opiate, growth hormone invested dead skin cells, which tastes disgusting after its been lightly cooked in the hot water of your beverage and so undrinkable when cold.

Leave the highly nutritious, well balanced oil rich milk for those of us who understand its benefits and prefer its taste.

Heat, as above brilliant in thai curries. Would be useful if it stayed at this price as it's really shot up in price over the last few years..

This is not meant for tea of coffee you donk....

Isn't that a pointless comment.....I didn't think coconut milk was even a consideration to have in tea and coffee...........As much relevance as when a deal comes up for cheap bbq briquettes and putting " tastes disgusting in a trifle, I'll stick to sponge fingers".

Agreed

I only buy the stuff on foreign isle

The blue dragon and the other one are £1.99 = joke

Music to me this. I add this to my curries and am fed up with spending upwards of £1.50 a can.

Anyone know the % of actual coconut milk in these? Some of them are woefully low - more like cocoNOT. I just came up with that, quite proud of it.

Yeah - wtf is that about?, Blue Dragon brand Product Manager / Marketing people - your products are so vastly overpriced that I will never ever buy them. Ever.Regardless.

Lol

Probably had coca cola in his baby bottle as a nipper and not got the hang of it yet

Was in my local ASDA (Newcastle, off westgate rd) and they have Coconut milk for 50p also; the brand is Coco Fresh - haven't opened a tin yet so can't comment on quality.

Lidle used to do a good brand for about 69p but for some unknown reason they have stopped stocking it. Staff tell me they were big sellers so it was popular.

Great price, cheapest I've found is 79p give or take 5pence.

I get through loads for curries and lassi's. Always looking to stock up. Makes an amazing blueberry lassi

For one with a high coconut content, I suggest you try the 'Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk' (400ml can) @ 69p sold by Home Bargains that has 75% coconut extract. It's their "own brand" with a dark purple/blue label and picture of 2 coconut halves on the front. States "specially produced for TJ Morris Ltd" (H.Bs.) on the back.

topic has already been discussed in a previous thread :
hotukdeals.com/dea…868
with a 75% coconut 'pride' can (Thailand) containing 18g fat for 100ml, then the afore ktc can with its 13.3g fat may contain around 55% coconut.
with a 'pride' can priced at 65p in morrisons these days then it's slightly cheaper per coconut weight.
