Great deal - esp. if your car runs on SVO

my car will be smelling of chips! yippee!

More chance of winning the lottery.

sure a similar deal was posted last week. very good deal but maybe very store specific.

Another Tesco store specific deal...

Can this run Android 4.0?

No THIS is spam.

Cheaper than petrol, can I get a car that runs on this stuff?

Spam is that nasty meat stuff in a can right?

If you have a diesel car, you can just slurp this into the tank instead apparently.

Surprised nobody is voting it cold as it's not listed as 1080p and FreeviewHD?

I use to run my van on this stuff. I wouldnt recommend it in newer common rail diesels.

Not all diesel cars, sometimes it can depend upon the model refer to this.

Great deal if you can get it - I run my 1998 VW Golf 1.9 TDI on this with no modifications, and two vans with a twin tank kit fitted.

Maybe on an old diesel pre 2000 but not on anything more modern usually. I could be wrong but hoses in the engine can rot I read. The government also restrict the mileage you can do without having to pay tax, it's reasonably generous though I believe, unless they've recently changed.

does it have hdmi?

As of January 2010, each person is assigned a 2,500 litre allowance per annum on biodiesel production. You do not need to inform HMRC unless your level of production is in excess of the above quota.

You can put it in a Renault megane convertible 1.9 d (well I have been doing for the last two years) thanks to Dave at the chippy

For those of you wondering if you can use it in your car... here's the definitive list: -

biomotors.co.uk/Car…tml

One tank means it should work, sometimes with minimal modifications. Two tank means it needs to be converted, a DIY conversion costs about £150 up to £400-ish for a professional kit.

Been doing it since 2007 and never looked back, if you stock up when it's on special offer you can normally get it for about 70p per litre - so half the price of diesel.

BTW, HOW CAN A BARCODE PROVE PRICE??
AND ANYWAY UPLOAD IT THEN...

HEAT WITHOUT PROOF PUZZLES ME..

This or the crucial M4?

Surprised to see something a bit different on hotSSDdeals

OH AND JUST IN CASE YOU'RE STRUGGLING TO UPLOAD, THIS WILL HELP

It's still showing as £11.00 on Mysupermarket, which tends to be up to date even if prices are reduced. But worth a look so I'm popping out after I've had my supper!

definitely goin to buy that!

This should be expired. There is no way you can buy veg oil anywhere for this price.

Can you use 'used' veg oil? Ie from the chippy?

Yeah so it's only on production of your own fuel then.

What is the cheapest/reasonable priced first car which runs off this plus good insurance quote

Almost any diesel will run with modifications, but if you're looking for something that you can just pour it in...

Vauxhall Corsa B 1.5 or 1.7 with Isuzu (not GM) engine
VW Golf Mk3 or Audi 80 with the 1.9TDI VW engine
Almost any vehicle with the Pug/Citroen XUD engine and a Bosch pump, e.g.
en.wikipedia.org/wik…XUD

I paid £360 for my Mk3 Golf with 12 months MOT, cheap as chips motoring.

Oh look........ a flying pig.

Any1 else buy this at that price? Wheres the proof?

Hypnotic - this isn't biodiesel, just veg oil - there aren't any restrictions on the use of veg oil. Bio diesel is totally different stuff

TESCO offers are always shelf-specific in my experience. More chance of winning the lottery.

Most of the time they have a company which takes it away for them at a pretty good price, but if your lucky you can out-buy them or strike some sort of deal.

Lets all buy a diesel entirely on the basis that this deal is real! (_;)

Like always no luck with tesco deal

Just tried tesco cheetham hill mcr. No ktc oil no cheap eggs for 50p and typical me spent £20
