    But why not just drink decaffeinated tea?

    I've seen it used different ways but for me it elevates coffee to a new level. Normally coffee would give me a combo of focus but marred by this pressure/tightness/stiffness around the head like my blood pressure had shot through the roof. Throw in 100-200mg of L-Theanine though and its more like a line of coke, just a very clean pure focus.
