I haven't and neither have the 695 reviewers who rated it at 4.7/5 at John Lewis.

The price is eye watering but my mum suffered with extreme dry skin on her face and this is the only product that has worked and it really has transformed her life. Worth every single penny to have her feeling confident and happy again.

Does it come with someone to lather it on for you every morning?

Thanks!! Ordered for my mum her favourite ever moisturising cream!! Great price (Found it cheap online once and I’m sure it wasn’t genuine) at least you know you’re getting the real thing with JL! Thanks OP.

Happy to hear that mate. Don't forget to include the code for the extra 7ml (edited)

Honestly, I still have a couple of these laying around in the house, they are just snake oils. They work no better or worse than your normal average moisturisers.

Hot from me as it’s the best price around.

People voting this cold annoy me. Can you get it cheaper elsewhere? If not then it’s a hot deal.

Makes Manuka honey look like a bargain.

Sincerely asking, what is this stuff made from or what is the production process to make this; that justifies this price point?

Takes 3 months to ferment, they "play music to the broth", and it contains hand-picked giant sea kelp. It's apparently also produced by hand, which ups the price

Basically branding and bragging rights. The ingredients are mostly standard and the business practices are what you're paying for (edited)
