Be careful, if you want to return, you can not take it into a store, they charge you £9 to return, plus return P&P is at your own cost. If they're anything like Holister (Same company?), the customer service won't be very good thats for certain.

oos

Don't distance selling regulations prevent from such actions? Is it legal to charge for returns?

No need to be nasty. People can make mistakes! Geez, did you get out of bed the wrong side this morning? Plus, £9 to return an item is pretty steep when at most places, returns are free.

who cares about the small prints most people don't read them then they got caught out, next they complain to the store and their bank! [email protected] them we live in Britain, where there's a blame there's a claim. Stop posting the t&cs I like watching people get caught out!

oO I take it you have never been 'caught out' yourself? Also, Its t&c's of their returns, not a compo claim, not sure where you get the 'where there's a blame there's a claim' idea from in my post.
