Fair enough - that is my usual practice. I have a few search terms set up and missed this because it didn't include "whisky" anywhere in the previous listing.

Gotta love all the whisky deals recently. I've spent way too much on the stuff because of HUKD.

You've got to box clever. I've got whisky and all my favorites drams listed, plus whiskey for completion

Picked up a bottle of this but quite disappointed. It's heavily sherried, almost sickly sweet and lacking in the usual Lagavulin peat smoke. Tesco have caol Ila 12 yo for £30 which is much better value IMO.

Hmmmm strange. Bad batch perhaps?

Having drank about 1/3rd it has settled slightly in the bottle, add more water than normal and it improves the taste, tones down the sweet sherry and allows peat to emerge. I wouldn't pay £70 for this which is usual price.

Available again at this price
