Dry clothes more quickly and efficiently
Costs less than 6p per hour to run
Cover keeps heat contained to speed up drying
Washable polyester cotton cover turns into a practical storage bag for your folded airer
Holds 15kg of wet washing on 21m of drying space

It says online only, however I have phoned two separate stores (in different counties) and both have this offer in store so seems national.

Uses about 5p an hour compared to a tumble dryer that can use around 50p an hour. The cover helps keep the heat in to dry quicker. Being the deluxe model it has a built it LCD timer and seems to be a bit more sturdy than non deluxe model. According to reviews the condensation is minimal, ESP with cover on.

And how many hours does it take to dry a 8kg washing machine load?

Original Poster

Guess it depends on individual needs.

At the mo my tumble dryer only hold 3kg and is energy rating c and I live in an all electric house with no gas.

Mine takes between 12 and 24 hours to dry a full load depending upon thickness of clothes and ambient temperature (it is in an unheated annexe.) Clothes don't shink like they do when tumbled. I do think the unit is good but overpriced.

15 kg wet clothes are nothing might be 4 to 5 jeans

So the 5p an hour will cost £1.20 to dry one load? Not very economical then

You forgot to mention how long it takes to dry one washing machine load and the equivalent total cost of both dryers
