I know however they have the name and pictures for the opposite products so I'm just trying to warn people to check with Debenhams before they buy. The Lamaze pyramid gym is what is pictured in my post and the picture on your post is sold under the name of my post. I think they may have this wrong....

is this good??

Just a word of warning to anyone ordering, they have been mixed up on the website I ordered what I thought was the pyramid one , however it was the pond one .Just called debenhams to be told my ordee can't be cancelled now and to refuse delivery of it.

Shall we swap names? I've just realised now you've said it, thanks, when I was searching to see what other retailers where selling it for your one kept coming up in pics so I just left it.

I want to order the pond one but do I go by the title or the photo to order?

Sorry this is really confusing, I'm going to email them, I would personally go by the title as the info goes with it too.

I have ordered one and I am going to call Debenhams tomorrow to check with them. I found on Amazon more and better feedbacks about the Pyramid one. It is difficult to make a decision on which one to buy as Debenhams has both, follow the title or the picture? Thank you xposure and JohnnyRoller for the post!:{

I have called Debenhams and I was told that they can not tell which one I will be receiving. It was suggested to me to order the other one and return the wrong order and return the wrong one when I receive the order, which I did. It is free delivery and free return. Happy days! So, my advice is that order both and return the one you do not want. By the way, I live in Bath and Debenhams uses Herms Home Delivery to deliver their items. The post man always leaves his phone number to call him in case you decide to return the item. You only need to phone him and arrange a time for him to pick the item and the service is totally free. I do not know about the other parts of the UK, but if you get the delivery through Herms than it is really not a big deal to order both items and return the wrong one. It will be a different story if I had to go to the post office or Debenhams to return the item.

I have also ordered both now, as customer services said they think i'm going to get the one I want (the pyramid one). I'm not convinced, and website says I can return for a full refund within 7 days at a store, so i'll do that with the one I don't want. Not overly impressed with customer services - polite, but couldn't actually confirm anything in the end...
