Does that mean the car will stop working?
better deal @ 23 x £293.04 inc VAT per month with 3 months up front. swings n roundabouts really, but reasonable if u want a lease.

Well they ain't very reliable so who knows
Cold from me, sorry. Been looking at quite a few evoque deals for my sister and this manual fwd is the least desirable. Can get this today for £229 + 9 (£2060) with 8k miles. For not much more you can get awd auto

Was considering buying one for my better half but cost of ownership on PCP or buying outright and depreciation makes leasing look very attractive.

Can you post your source for the better deal? Would prefer a petrol auto.

It was £275 + 9 for awd auto through from Blue chilli via Carwow. Not sure if petrol was similar price.
Good cheap car this!

Range Rover and Mercedes are near the bottom of the car reliability chart. Toyota, Honda and Ford are near the top.

Well, you obviously didn't get the email. JLR are investing a billion pounds into Castle Bromwich to create electric vehicles. That sort of money doesn't suggest an uncertain future.

Perhaps you could put some facts into your assertion? Exaggeration doesn't help you appear knowlegable.
is this a diesel?
8k per year = dpf clogged?

This is for the all new 2020 model with the pop out door handles and stiffer structure

It's actually a reliable car. Most of its parts are already in use in e pace and theyvw ironed out all the issues. Unlike most of their other new stuff. Their most unreliable car is the disco sport

Disagree. The E-Pace has had its fair share of problems including recalls on this very engine that this Evoque has.
How times have changed when a potential buyout deal from PSA (Peugeot etc) could end up saving JLR and also improving the reliability of the brand at the same time
My Evoque has been back and fore the dealer since I had it TBH.

Mainly dpf related. Firstly a dodgy sensor so didn’t know if it was full or empty, then a new valve had to be fitted, and recently had no warning light to clean the filter and it went straight to limp mode. Had nothing but trouble with it. Just glad it’s a business lease.

Also, they don’t even give courtesy cars unless you go through Land Rover Assist

Not everyone leasing a brand new range rover, mercedes or Audi is living on the breadline
Well said indeed. I totally agree.
It is painful for me to type this as I think Land Rovers are very poor value in general but it's not a bad Evoque deal.

I particularly like Evoque 5 Door 2.0 P250 R-Dynamic Auto AWD:
Initial of £847.30 inc VAT followed by
23 x £282.43 inc VAT per month

That is ~£7.5k for 2 years for 250bhp model. Yes it's only for 5k miles per year.

If you want a reasonably fast automatic SUV, there really isn't much choice in lease deals recently.

This particular one is a 38k car for 7.5k over 2 years, or just under 20% - not an amazing deal but certainly very good.

Yeh no surprises. Too many issues with both its petrol and diesel engines as well as its electronics.
They had to engage a solicitor too

Why don't you post your specific 15 year old car as a deal and see if it gets any heat. Where can I buy that specific car? Can you guarantee that it will work without breaking down for another 20 months?

Had an XE 250 R for 12 months, absolutely the best car I have ever owned - JLR no issues from me (
