The all new Landxcape LX799 300m2 robotic lawn mower is perfect for smaller gardens up to 300m2. No programming is needed, the LX799 robot mower starts mowing at just the press of a button. With bump sensors and patented mowing cutting technology, the Landxcape robot mower will navigate narrow or tricky paths easily. It automatically returns to its docking station when it finishes cutting, or to recharge when the battery power is low. Landxcape's patented mowing cutting technology enhances the efficiency by up to 30% more than most robotic lawn mowers on the market. It also mows as it moves into and out of the charging base, which ensure the surrounding of base is tidy and there is no need for extra trimming. The robot mower’s forward and reverse blade rotation doubles blade life by reducing the blade replacement in half.

It looks so cheap though
Looks like a rebranded worx landroid?
Anyone have this model and give some feedback? It only has 4 reviews on Amazon..
Modelled on the original Xbox replacement PSU

Do not but this it does not cut the grass if you want prove look at video on Amazon web site even the manufacturer knows it doesn't work as they demonstrate it on artificial grass
looks more bother than it would be worth. I have never known anyone to need to cut artificial grass as demonstrated in video
How bizarre. The video IS on artificial grass!
However, it looks very similar to my Worx (same dock) so pretty sure it does work.

I stick my headphones and zone out to my favourite podcasts. Fresh air, exercise, sense of achievement, increase in knowledge or entertainment and a better lawn for less money than this silly thing

I've got a husq one and the lawn is immeasurably better with it than without. Because it is constantly cutting tiny little bits of the top and mulching back in. It works all the time rather than cutting of a cm or whatever every few weeks. And it can get under the trampoline without having to shift it.

And I use the time I save mowing to improve the rest of the gardening bits weeding etc and you can 'zone out' to that just as well.
30 quid for mowing your lawn? Yeah okay. Address please

Aren't they proper ones though?

TBF I haven't looked at this one how it works but the husq ones are 'proper' and proper money too. I wouldn't have bought it (twas a free trail \test\review type deal) but id spend the money if when it needs replacing
I looked at this a while back, current look great to be honest. Ended up getting a yard force one when there was 20% off. Love it, "Dave" is now part of the family..

Looked at this one and it looks fairly proper to me. If just a slightly budget version. But then it is a whole lot cheaper
I've taken the plunge!

I did quite alot of research on this over the last few months, and the price drop has tipped me over the edge.
1) It is from the same manufacturers as the Worx ones, but it is a newer/better version.
2) You can read more reviews on the Amazon.de website, as this brand is more popular in Germany than in the UK.
3) Some people say there is a rain sensor, some don't. So bear this in mind - you might need to stop its automatic programme if its raining. Or just send it out manually when you need it.

I also found the above which seems like it could be a good deal. The reality is this is probably the start of the cheap Chinese versions of the main brand mowers. Sometimes these can be great (this Xiaomi phone courtesy of HUKD is brilliant) but its a bit of a gamble.

In the video you can see a rain sensor near the large red button. The sensor is just two small metal dots next to each other.

Come back on here and give us a detailed review when you get it, no less than 500 words
I have had this mower for about 2 months now (replacing my old Worx one) and it is just a simpler version of the more expensive models, just like a car, you can spend more but it still does the job and it cuts the lawn brilliantly, spend more if you want but you don't get many extra features, this one has spinning blades on the bottom, height adjustment, a programable timer and a rain sensor, everything else is just not needed. My lawn is much better looking than when I used to cut it every few weeks with the mower, I can go into the garden any day of the week now and it always looks great, 10 minutes strimming the boundary every 2 weeks and my 120ft x 40ft garden is done, you won't regret the purchase.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago and it's great.
I have newly laid turf, so it was easy to 'bury' the perimeter wire, and I have sleepers flush with the edge of the grass, so the mower cuts right to the edge.
It does a great job of keeping the grass looking neat and tidy. It doesn't have any special features like rain sensors or an app, but that is reflected in the price.
How does it cut right to the edge? The blades are in the middle of the robot and at least 10cm from the "shell", so always leaving about 10cm Uncut grass from any solid object like sleepers or fence?
Expired sadly otherwise I would have gone for it

I’ve made my mind up and it’s between artificial lawn or a robot mower for our household, the misses is dead against artificial grass and TBH the cost of it is crazy, so team robot mower it is !

I bloody loath doing the lawn, it’s always the last thing on the “to do list” and having a young kid sucks up all my free time so our lawn is basically neglected sadly.

Good deal for those that went for it
