I had assumed your 'cold' referred to the deal itself rather than the temps. Thus my comment was a poor attempt at a hilarious gag.

It wasn't funny to begin with and definitely isn't now that I've explained it.

If looking for Luxury choose the Wynn

Vegas 'luxury' is all subjective though isn't it really.
Bellagio has the fountain, classic room style, central location

Wynn has a more modern look, bright casino floor (not my style) - Nice buffet though, the only one I've been to that serves Tomahawk steaks

Venetian/Palazzo are visually stunning, huge rooms (albeit basic compared to other 5*)

Cosmopolitan recently renovated, has empty fridge in the room, arguably best view with the balcony facing the Bellagio fountain

They're all luxury really compared to Harrah's, Excalibur and others.

We stopped here when we went to Las Vegas. Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Woke up in the morning, grabbed the remote and opened the curtains to see that view outside. Love to go back one day!

Literally will be cold. Was cold when I went in March last year!

Ah the temperatures aren't that bad in January, average 10c or so. Not THAT cold!

The Wynn also has the best buffet from what I've heard

Shame buffets in Vegas are no longer cheap. Lots of the hotels are struggling so they can't afford to subsidise them
Will be cold during the day, frost at night highly likely. It's a good price but last time I stayed at the Belagio it was looking tired
this is a good deal. real nice hotel and location is fab.
heat from me regardless of time of year.
When I click through I can’t see any flights, where are they on the site
Stayed at the Bellagio and Four Season in Vegas, for my wife and I the customer experience was fantastic at the Four Seasons. We felt at the Bellagio we were just a number, at Four Seasons we had someone dash out to take the car, get us a bottle of water straight away, get us checked in immediately and had treats left in our room, overall a great experience. Bellagio was more a cattle market where we had to fight through the folks taking pictures of the lobby, to get to the check in and then fight our way through with no offer to help with our luggage. Better location for Bellagio though.
Wow I need my house to look like that.

The flights you need to book directly with Virgin (all in the post), have given some example dates.
£175 Resort fee mind you. Hate that it's basically a tax for wifi and clean towels
It's the cheapest time of year for Vegas and this deal isn't all that great.

We went British Airways for 7 days (instead of the 5 here) and stayed in a strip view room at the Mirage, all for £1250.

We went to the Bellagio a few times and I'd much rather spend £1250 for 7 nights at Mirage than just 5 nights at Bellagio for £1400.

However Bellagio is a good hotel so if youre desperate to ONLY stay at this hotel then it is a good one.

I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan and wow, what an amazing place. Had an absolutely incredible view with a modern and luxurious room. Managed to get a decent price for it at the time too. All depends on ultimately what you're looking for and what your style is, as you say.

I went this January and it was about 18 degrees during the day and it did get chilly of a night down to about 10 or 12 degrees...certainly not 'cold' and actually I much prefer those temperatures as walking the strip in 34 degree heat is no fun I can tell you.

Easy to avoid, simply use free napkins, from all the breakfast buffets and unfollow Justin Bieber
I've not been to states in years, are resort fees common everywhere or just Vegas? Are you legally required to pay them? (This deal doesn't even suit me I'm just curious)

It's common in the majority of holiday locations, a sneaky way of making hotels seem cheaper than they are.

UK sites must show them in the advertised price but it's easy forget about them if you try booking direct.

I had someone dash out to get the car once, but thats Liverpool for you
What’s the weather like in October?

Yeah we went in August, we were literally melting.
Great deal! Don’t expect a tan though, I’d take some jumpers.

I was making a joke (see my post above). I actually prefer the colder temps too. Went myself in February 2004 and stayed in the New York New York. Nice and cool. Went out to the Grand Canyon while it was snowing too - breathtaking

Is the £31 credit per room?
I went in June last yr, 49c the day we arrived - almost unbearable. But nice and cool at the blackjack table!
If you are able to extend the days, then you could always drive to Scottsdale/Phoneix to get some heat, you can take in the canyon en-route.

+1 for the Wynn, stayed there year before last. Off to the Encore next door in 10 days time. Whoop!
Edited by: "Scottee" 30th May
5 nights is a very short stay for a long flight of 10-11 hrs duration and the 8 hours behind UK time difference might well mess up your sleep pattern for such a short stay unless you can get some decent sleep on the plane out. The upshot though is that because Las Vegas is open 24x7, you might find that you don't need to adjust as much as you would for a different destination.

Stayed at wynn encore. A lot nicer than Bellagio
Nice buckle up hukkers, see you there

Just went in March. Weather was nice I thought, not too hot or cold. Palazzo is amazing best hotel I've stayed in in Vegas so far.
This deal maybe OK at first glance, but do look into everything Agoda are saying, perhaps read the reviews about them on Trust Pilot and Trip Advisor, they are an absolute disgrace if you have a complaint, no customer service at all so do be careful.
