As a potential buyer, I'd not even take that into consideration. I'd be like "Sure, he's had a bad experience but these things happen". Would it put me off? No. Would I still buy said product? Yes. Would I consider this? No.

Failed, nah, not at all. I'm sure there's better things to complain about.

Thanks for the comment, in exactly the same boat here, currys just keep telling me it will be the next three week slot. Absolutely ridiculous, have you had yours yet and if so how did you go about chasing currys, ive emailed customer support, phoned them and posted a message on twitter. Still no game
Nope no luck yet,might contact Samsung instead. Called Currys last week and the guy tried his best to help, he contacted Head Office and his marketing department but I’ve heard nothing since.
