just saw this deal on the o2 website seems very cheap for the latest blackberry torch 9810.

the phone is free on all tariffs so go for the cheapest one which is £13.50 a month remove data and it becomes £10.50 a month.

so
10.50 x 24 = 252
-quidco (£110)= £142

hope you like it

update: sells for £150 cash at cex or £177 unlocked (which o2 might do for free)

Quidco tracking 50quids now.

you can do it online through your my o2 or through the online chat.
note: when you get the phone do not use until data bolt on has been removed.

its says less than 3months on quidco, and in my experience its usually about two months

I'm not really much of a Blackberry fan but if this phone tickles your fancy then I guess it's a hot deal! So heat added.

i went to phone 4 u, and they say the blackberry touchscreens were all being recalled, as there were issues in their batteries being burnt out... i would think about it before taking the plunge on this phone

If they were being recalled they would not be selling this.

Really don't go BlackBerry unless all you want the phone for is text and calls.

If you want Apps, Surf the net etc. get an Android or an iPhone, I've done the research statistics for dissertation. The amount of apps built for and mobile sites optimised for BlackBerry is ridiculously low. I suggest you don't get stuck in a 2 year deal

Yes, you can do it easily online

I've had my torch for 18 months no problems with the screen or battery. I suspect rza89 has experienced the sales mans nack of trying to sell a more expensive phone to gain a higher commission :-)

There is no way they would allow you to terminate the contract with out a fee, that would be stupid business, most likely they'll ask you to pay the remainder of your contract + a fee (could be wrong)

Why pay off the rest of the contract? Don't u get free messenger, blackberry mail, and a few other extras that I don't know about even without the data? Not to mention the mins and texts.

Quidco not guaranteed.

why is quidco not guaranteed with this deal?

you need the minimum £3 per month data to access BB messenger and email stuff, once you take data off complete you only have your minutes and text left

Put my order in and there doing some referral credi check, but yes the guy also said you need atleast the 100mb option to get bbm for free. Works out cheaper to put a tmobile sim in (£10 for 6months bbm plus credit doesn't go).

who said it was?
it says in the title possible quidco but for me it always worked
Edited by: "fastmedium" 17th Mar 2012

I contacted quidco and they said if you remove the data bundle there is a chance o2 will refuse the cashback!

You have to pay the rest of the contract off of course. This goes without saying...
