Currently £749 on Microsoft website without the keyboard, same at Argos and PC World. Keyboard is normally £125.

Not as good an offer as the expired i5 8GB Amazon Prime Day deal I know but still a cracking deal.

Really they need to lower the prices of these a hell of a lot with specs like that. I had one with 4gb ram it's just not enough these days. 8gb minimum imo. And a lacklustre cpu. Way overpriced for what you get.

Completely agree.
I have one, and I'd agree with the above. More RAM and a friskier CPU would be needed to get this kind of money these days.
Having said that, it's good gear.

Only if you were lucky enough to get one that's not bent/curved (because apparently that's acceptable) and doesn't have ridiculous backlight bleed. It's Microsoft's QC and customer support that puts me off, not the actual hardware.
I have one of these and really like it. I agree that the RAM and CPU aren't exactly blistering but it's fine for what I use it for - email, browsing, media and office. It has a real quality feel to it and the large screen is a thing of beauty.

I also agree that it's overpriced, I got mine for around £550 including the keyboard just before Xmas.
Specs like those and the worst reliability in the industry... just wow
Expired, now up to £729.
Really cold: now £729 when the i5 8GB version was £749 on Prime Day.
