I brought one on a deal about a month ago. It's a great piece of equipment and the kids love hot chocolate done in it. I've ordered more as presents.

I fill it to the top milk level, add the powder and press the button twice and it comes out perfect each time. I've also done it using a bar of dark chocolate grated and was lovely but grating it took effort so started braking it up small instead and melts just as well.

John Lewis available now and has a two year guarantee.
Thanks op. Been after a frother for a while.
These are fantastic - way better than the ALDI ones posted the other day. Much easier to clean and milk doesn't burn and stick to the base. At £19 they are a steal.
Do you put your coffee and hot chocolate in your cup and just add the frothed milk or do you put your coffee in the frother itself?
amazing deal, ordered straight away.
was confused between amazon and john lewis, went with JL, because of the warranty, had to pay £2 for C&C but still worth it.

Amazon was also offering cover for £1.75 but that was for 1 year, and 2 years accidental.
Usually dispatched within 1-2 months :-(

John Lewis have it available now, link in an earlier comment.
Got one of these they are brilliant and topped the list in Which magazine for milk frothers.

Just bought one for a gift, went with JL as amazon delivery is showing 1-2 months delivery.

Just checked with John Lewis, also selling for £19 with two year guarantee.
Ordered from Amazon (but will change to John Lewis if I find something else to order from them).

Mine's on the way, but i've been told you add the milk to your coffee, which is already in a cup.

Hot Choc similar. Make a small amount of choco/milk 'paste' in a mug and then add the frothed milk to it.

Although, I am curious to try hot choc in the frother itself! I will also try the frother without the lid on (with a bit less milk in) as this might incorporate more air + avoid 'hot spots' developing in the frother vessel. I don't advise anyone to try this.
I use mine all the time for coffee and hot chocolate with Bonsoy soya milk which is lovely!
Thanks Op. Been thinking of getting one for a while. Picked one up today from JL, Kingston. Still had quite a few on the shelf if anyone's interested and lives nearby.
Dispatching earlier it seems, Friday, allegedly, for me.
Mine is out for delivery today
