Good price but seeing a review on the smart part is quite underwhelming?
Had thoughts of having a coffee ready in the morning but overnight would have to leave an unsealed pod inside? Also no sensor to make sure there is a cup before Alexa starts the process.

My neighbour has this machine and it’s great. Speaker is awesome. Works for him as leaves house before 6am and just sets up coffee and cup for the morning. I think it’s a steal at £99 tbh. Also looks good on worktop, and the coffee is great. If I didn’t have a Nespresso machine if snap this up.

Alexa seems huge gimmick... You've got to walk up to it to put your mug there, and load it with a pod... Is it that hard to then press a button?

It's obviously a gimmick but isn't everything these days? I wouldn't need one personally but I can see why some would. You could always prepare the cup etc the night before then just shout down while you're getting ready to make you a coffee or use the app.. Also it plays music!

It’s just a decent coffee machine regardless. The speaker is handy for a kitchen. You don’t necessarily have to use Alexa to make a coffee do you?
