Lavazza Minù Caffe Latte Coffee Machine with frother has to be bargain of the week. A frother on its own cost more than that. Also comes with a selection of pods.

Thanks for the info, pity it's in-store & not online. Will have a look at my local store tomorrow. Heat from me
How much are pods, not a bargain if expensive pods
£4.40 for 16 is the going rate, though John Lewis have 25% off this month:

This must be store specific. I looked at one the other day it was 30, wanted it for the frother but it holds such a small amount of milk I decided against it.

Are these not Nespresso compatible for pods? If so, places like Aldi and Home Bargains sell compatible pods, which are a couple of quid for ten pods, and places like Asda sell several different brands of coffee, including Starbucks amongst others.
Think they use Lavazza ones have seen them in Sainsburys

I think they are a different shape.

That's a fantastic price
Coffee fans tip for Expresso machine owners. If you buy Lyon's coffee bags from Home Bargains and squeeze one into your coffee holder they make lovely expresso without the mess
excellent!! cheers!!

Not shopping at Asda doesn't make me wrong mate! But a good spot.
The machine looks very similar to a N'espresso coffee machine that has the milk frother with it
Love this machine even though I had 2 faulty ones initially; using the 12 free pods with each machine compensated my trouble
Worth it for the milk frother alone; I have a Nestle Aeroccino at work and love if for convenience. If this works as well I'd be happy to pay £20 for the frother - especially as this one (unlike the Aeroccino) is dishwasher safe.

What's 'expresso'?
Not store specific as they have a big electrical sale at the moment which is nationwide, you need to price check items as staff never update prices (staff member in my local last week tried to put me off when I asked for a price they then admitted they had only one working price gun and he would have to go and find it, which explains why 70% of items don't even have a shelf price!)
in Lincoln priced at £19 bought one so 2 left on the shelf
Great post, heat added, but I've already got a Tassimo and a Dolce Gusto (they don't have milk frothers) so for the times when I want a frothy coffee either by topping up a machine brewed one or just jazzing up a jar made cup, or if you don't want a pod machine but fancy a nice coffee I found a fab little portable gadget on Amazon:
Aerolatte £9.50 (gone up a bit I only paid £7.50 not too long ago) it's a great little gadget, comes in its own carry case, put some milk in a microwave jug, whizz it about for 30 seconds or so, pop in microwave for 40-60 seconds to make it nice and thick, spoon onto your coffee and sprinkle with choc powder..... worth every penny!
was in Leeds killingbeck store last night, but did not see any

Milk spoils great coffee, Lavazza included. "once you go black you never go back" is about coffee not egos

Nonsense, it means you multitask when drinking coffee.

Just got one from Spondon,Derby store,9 more left on shelves.Red models only. The coffee pods expire at the end of the month.Shelf label says £29.99 but at the till it is £19.
Does the milk frother do much milk? Thanks

I think they meant "espresso" More details here
got one of these today, £19 in Airdrie store, 3 more left, only the white version available,my guess is it is reduced down because the pack of pods inside has a 'best before' date of April, 2017, great little piece of kit, delish coffee, think I'm gonna get addicted
I might do a visit tomorrow, been wanting one for ages, ground Lavazza isn't as good as the small commercial Lavazza machines they do in places, the big machines are even worse unless the bean to cup type.
Thanks OP

Just used mine, enough for one cup
Well, well, heat added.
Just got one in Nottingham. I've bought bigger model some time ago so I already know that it's brilliant quality (maker and coffee). You won't be dissapointed if you like decent coffee
... and the price! You won't find it cheaper than 60£ (Europe's price is around 150 euro)...

This is really good for the money! The pods are £3.40 in Asda. I have the all in one version, much more expensive but makes really good coffee. Lavazza have been making coffee much longer than any other brand.

I don't need another coffee machine, I don't need another coffee machine.........going to buy one thanks!
Heat added for a hotdeal!

However for real coffee lovers I really recommend getting both an expresso maker that takes ground coffee and a proper burr coffee grinder.

While this may seem expensive you will ultimately save on coffee in the long run.

For anyone interested are set up is:

Heston's sage expresso machine (bought second hand on ebay for just under £100)

Bodum coffee grinder (bought secondhand on ebay for £25 with a free areopress)

We buy our freshly roasted coffee from amazon. Our go to brands at the moment are coffee masters £13 per kilo and and Rave at around £14 per kilo.

This may seem expensive but is freshly roasted and is miles ahead of any ground coffee you can buy.

This set up has been feeding our family caffeine addition 4 times a day for the last few years. I would say we make better coffee than most coffees you will but whilst out except for the very good coffee shops.
