It's better than Illy in my opinion. The Illy tins come in handy though!

This is lovely coffee, 1kg for £6 is outrageous value... can't even pick up sainsburys basics at that price!

Always buying tonnes of this from Costco, yay.

Have to agree. Even if it was as expensive as Illy....it's still better :-)

Brilliant coffee at an insanely low price. What's not to love?

2 for £5 in adds is for 250g packs. You'll find that 250g x2 = 500g. Costco are selling 2 x 500g (1kg) for £6.
1kg in adds on offer would be £10 (normally £12)

I wish costco were available online

Blast and botheration!! Was just at Costco last week! Won't be back until the new year now as it's an 80 mile round trip

Great deal for those that can get it (_;)

Don't think you've read this properly or added your sums up right!! It's a better deal than you think (_;)

How does Costco work, do I need to be a member to shop instore? Sorry, I am totally confused just went on their website and saw this

Is coffee good then? I tried it once and I felt like I'd just taken speed. If I was to try coffee then I will try the cat crap coffee, the following article expains why you shouldn't bother (I need to read it) >

theguardian.com/lif…rap

It's not a cat even, but it's a mammal that has eaten and crapped out coffee beans, apparently the digestive system of whatever mammal that consumes it does wonderful stuff to the coffee and it tastes awesome.

OK I read that article, so I need to find a source of free range humanely produced cat crap coffee.

Illy is pleasant but not particularly complex and does not have the rich depth of many other coffees( Lavazza Crema E Aroma, Crema e Gusto etc. Just wish that they had the Lavazza Qualita Rossa full bean version as I only use freshly ground coffee

hot from me

I recently bought 4 triple packs (3x250g) of that red lavazza in Nisa Local Newry (NI) for £4.99, they have it from time to time, maybe it's nationwide.

Lidl Do 1kg lavazza Crema E gusto coffee beans for £10 or get it delivered from amazon for a pound more, still cheaper than Qualita Rossa Ground Coffee

They do now sell 1kg of Lavazza Rosso beans. They are £7.99 and an absolute bargain. Bought this week and the smell when opened spread across the house. Almost two years on the best before label so they are even freshly roasted.

I know what you mean. Nothing like the aroma from a big bag of freshly opened of coffee beans. I love the aroma of coffee, thats why I still use my old Krups Drip brew as the aroma fills the house even more than my espresso machine

My favourite coffee! Have some heat!

Hot but always been around this price. They used to do illy a few years back.

for those interested they do a Kirkland brand but it is Starbucks beans and they grind them for free at their food area

Banned

wake up and smell it !!!

I use the Lavazza decaf coffee in my Bialetti, and it's excellent stuff: much better than the Taylor's of Harrogate coffee I tried as an alternative

These are 2 for £5 in Asda. Might be nationwide :-)

Siadwell. Easy now, people might think you're funny ;-)

don't forget to try and win a coffee machine to go with it (if you want one).

i'd like a coffee machine but it's all the hassle of constantly having to wash and clean it that puts me off.

This coffee is awful in my opinion - very, very bitter, its the only time i had to take something back to costco under their guarantee.

Can't find it online - help please?
