What’s the best pod machine to buy?I think I'd get one that uses the original Nespresso pods, biggest choice.
There's the L'Or Barista Sublime ones when they're on offer at £59.99 again. Aldi do one also I think. Refurbed original Nespresso machine off ebay maybe.
Nespresso don't seem to have offers on their original pod machines anymore.

If SMEG is involved I'd give it a month after the guarantee runs out

Passionale best one by a mile, probably the best capsule for any machine, unless Nespesso have some Vertuo one that I don't know about.
They sell them in Asda as I bought some tonight. I'm not sure if there would be much benefit over the standard Lavazza machine to be honest. - If the quality of other SMEG products is anything to go by, I'll pass thanks. All show and no go as they say.
Buy a Nespresso or Lavazza machine instead
