I've been looking for a deal on a Le Creuset casserole dish for a few weeks now, found this one today. Seems to be much cheaper than any alternative size or colour.

You could get one from Tesco for £34.00, 24cm round casserole.
Just need to get 5 sticker offer run,s into January. I bought the 20cm and it's well heavy.Berndes is the brand name.plus if you want a lot go to eBay.
I brought 100 stickers for £3 including p/p.

Other brands do the same thing at a fraction of the price. Are you not somewhat paying for the brand and not for quality?

uh oh, the peasants round here dont like le creuset, they all eat ready meals and only need a microwave

Peasants exactly beat me to it lol! Let's be clear you don't take the top off and cook you're oven chips in here!

£100 for a casserole dish you want your head feeling lol.

Condescension doesn't work if you cannot spell.

To be fair I am a bit of a sucker for a brand/label and do generally believe you get what you pay for. Well this can be said for clothing, electric goods, jewellery, etc but an enamel coated cast iron pot? REALLY??? I bought one from Lidl or Aldi some time ago and I can't see how one for three times the price will be three times better or last three times longer??!!

For it being a hot deal it's worth a bit of heat but for value for money, Le Creuset just isn't!

Try tk max they usually have Crueset.

Or maybe they're just not stupid enough to pay £100 for a casserole dish?

Rip off

keep any eye out on amazon warehouse...I've had some good le creuset bargains recently from there...24cm le creuset hard enammled frying pay for £24 and the large wok with lid for £45

I thought HUKD was about getting an item (any item - people post deals on Ferraris etc.) at the best possible price. Yet those who vote cold on this are likely to be the ones voting hot when you can save a couple of grand on a hundred grand supercar.

There's paying the right price for a quality item and then there's this! Sorry, it's very cold for me.

Just bought the Midnight Blue 28cm for a little more - good price

Are these better than the Sainsbury ones?

I just like to know before I make a huge financial mistake as I always wanted a cast iron casserole pot

You gain very little if anything at all from spending 3 to 4 times more. I'd pass.

No problem, found a cheaper one? Let me know and I'll cancel this order

I paid only around £1 for an unbranded casserole dish and have already been using it 20 years and still going strong, this one may last longer but I may not live 200 years so may not be worth the £?
