Just seen this posted 3 days ago and expired as there was a some sort of problem with Debenhams stock system. Now showing in stock, anybody who had orders cancelled I would try again.

If you got the mugs from Amazon recently then why not get a Le Creuset teapot to match - bargain @ £5.04 delivered!

You a coffee drinker, like ? X)

Too big for me, TBH I like the 3/4 cup pots much smaller than this. Half its size actually

nope Debenhams can swing from the trees

if you are on facebook search debenhams and recent posts

it is a good deal if they honor it but won't risk the disappointment again

I'm more annoyed about the fact they have £100 of my money for a week

I'm still far too bloody annoyed about my cancelled orders. Had I bought 100 of everything, okay fair enough. But I was really chuffed to get some good stuff at a decent price - or so I thought. I'm not going to bother with Debenhams again.
(Haven't voted - nice reduction, but poor quality company.)

I thought Tesco was no 1 for selling things they haven't got but these clowns aren't happy with selling it once, they want another go.

Why? Will it send you over the edge, leading to a Falling Down style killing spree?

Why not take a punt, the worst you end up with is as you are now.

Totally agree, I rang Debenhams yesterday about my cancelled orders worth over £500, many items all 'unable to fulfil', got a poxy excuse that so many people were trying to order that our systems just couldn't cope, so when there was one of each item left and customers tried to order, they all went through. Hence the funds being held or taken from debit/credit cards.
Nonsense is what I said, you think you guys are the only online retailer with 1000s of customers?? Anyway, to cut a long story short I spoke to a senior as the customer service advisor was rude, gave her a piece of my mind about Debenhams and them losing custom etc, was advised nothing could be done. Will not be shopping with them in the near future, and I implore others to do the same.

I have a copy of a webtalk I had with one of their advisors yesterday who said they are in the process of writing an email to everyone who was effected and that they would be giving people the opportunity to reorder at the reduced rates. They still have £180 of my money!

rubbish company and website. placed several orders and everything was cancelled after a couple of days. don't waste your time.

useless load of winkers - cancelled every one of my orders in their so-called sale. dont waste your time.

couldnt of said it better myself

There was a thread for this teapot on Saturday, to be ordered through amazon but debenhams as the seller..
So after the major mess up on the original debenhams sale, I thought I would try once more......
Ordered through amazon on Saturday, email followed on Sunday morning from amazon, saying...... Yep! Sorry but debenhams have no stock left..... Arghhhhhhh!!!!
Good luck, hope some one gets something.

+1, what a bunch.

They still own my around 200 pounds I willn't order from them anything for longer time the stress that I have now, and regular checking if they refunded me my money or not yet is too much for me actually if they still have the kettles in stock why they have cancelled my order on this product placed 3 days ago with info that it's out of stock.

Out of Stock!

I've already had this cancelled as they are unable to fulfill the purchase
