    I really liked this book. Some great food ideas and really easy to follow. Signed up to the work outs too. Was very happy with the results.

    Oh ! That makes me feel better now . Human mind . Its all about perspective..

    still i think over all Both deals were good deals. these are good books with fairly decent recopies. (I don't use Coconut oil in any of my recipes as its not good for heart.) use olive oil instead

    Some good stuff in these books. heat !

    Actually organic lard is better for you than butter....inch deep in Vitamin D... which we the Brits never get enough of
