Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled: Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat frying pan over a moderate heat. During Cooking: Place mince in the preheated pan and cook for 12 mins until browned, stirring occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.

This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
