ds3 thp? Looks like you've nodded off on the keyboard.

4k to run around in a VXR for two years is a fairly good deal, shame it's not the better version, that thing is amazing on the track.
Although it might be worth the extra for a Fiesta ST.

wouldnt u be better off buying it for say £360 a month for 3 years then sell it ?

If you could buy one for £360 a month for 3 years then that would be a hot deal, let me know where I could get that. List price for these is £18,995.

Who is paying insurance?

You pay insuramce ... Very few have insurance inc'

pretty good deal if it also includes road fund for the duration of the lease. I pay £260 a year road tax so that can be offset against the lease cost too.

Has anyone actually tried getting one of these bargain lease deals… the response is nearly always "oh, sorry sir, that deal expired last week but I can offer you a…."

I phoned this morning and they said none in stock.....surprise surprise. However you can buy them brand new with delivery miles only for £14095 on the road from Arnold Clark.

Phoned Tilsun and you need to have a car allowance or get paid some 'pence' per mile to be able to get them at the prices quoted!
I asked about the VXR then asked if this was the same on all their cars on 'personal' lease and was told yes.....with no car allowance or pence per mile rate they can quote you but its more than whats on the website (ALOT more in the VXR case (12+24 @ £250 a month in the VXR case).

Pre-registered, not brand new.

However, they have brand new ones for less.

Slightly better deal HERE if you really want one of these, mine arrives next Friday

Thanks but got it cheaper elsewhere.... I think!
What have you gone for spec wise and how much £ over what lease deal? Eg 6+23
And does this agent require you to have a business car allowance or to claim business miles on a personal lease like some do?

I haven't gone for that deal myself, or used that company, just wanted to point people to it if they wanted a 2 year deal.
I've gone for 6+35 at £158pm with a company called Gateway2Lease, standard spec with metallic included, no business allowance etc, personal lease.

Where did you get yours from? How much?

I'm just enquiring at the moment but the quote on a 6+23 is £136 inc vat on a personal lease, solid paint standard spec. I've asked for a quote with white and 18" alloys, this is with fleetprices. £298 admin fee as well.

So the deal I pointed to is actually cheaper, that was 3+23, and I think it includes metallic. Also, if I remember correctly, the admin fee was a lot less. Not sure though, I spoke to a lot of companies!!

It is, good skills, serves me right for trying to view it on a phone screen! Was yours factory order or from stock? Do you know if cruise is standard?

Mine was in stock, taking just over 3 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery, it takes a lot longer if you order from factory.
Cruise is standard

Turns out the first vehicle leasing need business mileage claim proof so no good for me.

steadyeddie, assume this is what you went for?

gateway2lease.com/z_v…php

Is yours 6k per annum? Could do with at least 8k and preferably 10k myself.

Mine is 8k miles on a 6+35 basis, I think the 6k on the G2L site is a mistake.
Try THIS one
I remember speaking to Tilsun and the guy told me that if you asked your employer to give you a letter stating that they would pay you x pence per mile IF you had to use your car for business purposes, then that would suffice. Worth looking into.

Yes I can claim that, just looked into it! Will see what my manager says.
