    If you want go abroad then change APN to uk.lebara.mobi. I noticed vodafone APN doesn't work in roming with Lebara SIM.

    I'm finding Lebara to be quite poor. The mobile data is far slower than three (generally getting less than 5mb on 4g) and my texts won't even send now.

    I've just noticed on the Lebara app my data as rolled over as I'm on the 12 gb bungle and now showing 19.7 gb also international minutes as also rolled over as anyone elses rolled over?

    Can someone help? I ordered the lebara SIM card during the 1p for 6 months offer but only just activated it today because the lebara online chat person said I was still valid for the 1p offer. It looks it’s working normally but on the history page, it says online top up £6.90 today at 1044am. I’ve not put my card details in it, I used PayPal to pay off the 1p but it’s not showing up as any other transactions from Lebara. So what’s happening???

    I am on the 1p deals too. Think that top was done by Lebara. I have used my PayPal for auto renewal as well. Nothing been charged to me apart from 1p PayPal payment.

    Did you get a reply as I had that figure on my 1.99 offer but it only took 1.99 … so I guess the direct debit is tweaked and the bill stays the same ?

    I have just joined. Do I need to change the apn on my iPhone? Currently it set to vodaphone apn. I got the text to change it to uk.lebara.mobi. The internet works set at vodaphone. 🤷🏻‍♂️.
