I was going to mention cashback, but I just saw its through uswitch...
Does it include any international minutes?
Heat bloody good deal for Vodafone coverage
Do you still have to pay extra to call Lebara from another mobile network?
I know it used to be case on Lyca mobile.
Also 10% off for NUS card holders
Anyone have experience of the data speeds normally not great on piggy back providers

Heat bloody good deal for Vodafone coverage

Vodafone coverage... Have you tried this 3rd world network? Yes, it is 4g but it acts like a 2g. Calls sound like VoIP from the 90s and the customer service is hard to reach and not easy to understand.

Third world ? Vodafone 3/4G is amazing regionally here and beats the pants off EE.

It also is the fastest speeds, Three just below then o2.

Sounds like you may need to switch VoLTE off, where busy it fails - regionally we have that problem due to EE slow speeds with VoLTE.

Customer service is poor on every mobile provider, rare you find a diamond in the rough who knows what the hell they are talking about at all levels and all technical levels, glorified script and windows clickers aren’t experts by any stretch of anyone’s imagination.
Is the data allowance, minutes, text could be taken to the EU country without roaming charge ??

Hey, I meant lebara not Vodafone. Just because it use their network, doesn't mean that they have all the benefits available. However, if you look further, Vodafone itself isn't that far from this, as has been named and shamed as the UK's worst network. google.com/sea…F-8

That’s Vodafone staff it’s rated on, we know they third parties are lazy ass on minimum wage as the third party contractor for care is there to make money not help customers as a priority.

Vodafone is cheap like Three these days, it’s had to keep customers as noted above as the ‘care’ is shocking! Prices equal income, “care “ equals PACs

Still £30 unlimited everything on 11th July will see a massive surge in Vodafone revenue and hopefully they start investing in direct care - they original V call centres were expensive as year on year old staff were on top wages, that’s why they closed them - high staff turnover or third party means no annual inflation wage rises.

Those people rating Vodafone CS worst haven't heard lebara CS. They will definitely beat Vodafone at being worse, but I never considered lebara as being an UK network.
Great deal! For some reason my Nus student discount has taken off 20% - £6.35
Is it possible to switch from lebara payg to this without changing number?
Lebara an MVNO I would never touch.

I assume customer services should be able to change it
Now that you can get PAC without a phonecall, it should be relatively easy to leave.
They were fine speedwise but didn't have access to 4G Vodafone but that was a few years ago.

uswitch.com/mob…go/
I think with all these things CS is hit n miss, I didn’t actually sign up for this deal the previous one that I wanted was 3Gb and unlimited everything, when I signed up for it last Saturday I messed it up, probably because I’d looked at the deal so many way before I went for it, anyhow I got the sim Tuesday and after I activated it I realised that I’d actually paid full price £10, I went on on line chat and they cancelled the bundle I’d bought, they couldn’t do the uswitch deal for me but they refunded me the £10, gave me a free month on all for one 3 with double data and said I would be able to redo the uswitch deal next month, I’m not sure how yet I’ll work that out when I get there but so far probably the best CS I’ve had on all the sims I’ve ever had, and I’m getting 4g everywhere I used to get it on Vodafone
No Wi-fi calling on Lebara.
Better to go for sky mobile deal.

I have been looking into this deal today and got through to UK customer service webchat very quickly.
Once you have joined you need to contact them via text, phone or webchat to get 4G activated on your device, they do not automatically provide it, no extra charge when activated.
Calls to voicemail are charged at 19p per minute, this is disappointing but I don't get many missed calls so not putting me off giving it a go.

Also just looked on the app and voicemail comes out of you plan, it’s 19p a minute if you don’t have an active plan

I'm not a militant against lebara, but because you replied me: show me a company that aren't quick when is about sales team's customer service. Troubleshooting CS is another story, you'll be surprised, but I wish they've changed. If the things are unchanged, is gonna take a while to get your 4g. My advice is to deactivate the voicemail. I wish you good luck and stay tuned on this thread, it became hot and people's feedback will come soon.
Is it just me?? Just received my pack and it says 3GB data UK Unlimited Unlimited UK texts and 100 international minutes?? Was supposed to be 4.5GB. Can anyone confirm if they received the same?

That's good then, don't have the app yet as still in the process of joining but CS definitely informed me of the charge and I had mentioned that I would be getting the 30 rolling contract.

I appreciate any warnings and if they aren't up to scratch I will leave as quick as I joined, that's the beauty of monthly contacts.
So no Wi-fi calling.
No free voice mail.
4g acts like 2G
difficult to access customer service.
Even Vodafone is notorious for customer service.
And
They give 3GB instead of 4.5GB as they promised.
u need to manually activate 4G.
looks like lots of issues.

To be fair, so far so good. 4.5GB shows up once the number is activated. And the internet is great in my area, not sure about the 2G speed mentionned earlier
So far all good got what it says on the tin and their customer service seem to be good and I get good reception compared to virgin. Hot for me thanks op
