A set of 3 led lights that can be connected together. Light units are in a decent quality aluminium enclosure. Stepless dimming and an array of mounting options make this a fairly decent package. I got one for myself when it was £25 but now I got another set at this price.

12W,4000K LED, up to 4 units can be daisy chained to a single AC adapter (3 units are in one set)

Features & Description from Amazon:

  • Intelligent Touch Control: Touch the touch sensor on the lamp directly to control it,hold the switch to adjust the brightness steplessly, different levels of brightness(0%~100%) allow you to control and find the perfect brightness level for all of your situation, tap the switch again to turn on/off.
  • Long-lasting & Energy-saving: 24 LEDs for each light bar, with more than 50,000 hours lifespan, it will last for more than 5 years. SMD2835 light source provides 4000k white, non-flickering light to protect your eyes and reduce fatigue. The output voltage is 12V which confirm to Low Voltage Directive (LVD). No security concerns, please feel no worries to use it or touch it.
  • Wide Application: Ideal for interior lighting such as kitchen, under cabinet, dining room, bedroom, ceiling, TV background, porch, staircase lighting, landscape lighting, shop window lighting, etc.The quite long cord(1.9m) makes it super convenient to put it anywhere especially when the position of using the lamp is far from the socket.

Yes they are. The AC adapter is included in the box. I use these in my garage/workshop, glued to the bottom of a metal upright shelf to illuminate the workbench area.

Got my hue strip connected to a mention sensor so they light up as soon as you walk in the kitchen.

Thanks. I guess the reason for that is that's it's still a work in progress. I'm sure it'll look untidy soon enough.

Yes but these have a 3-pin PSU, not really ideal for an under kitchen cabinet installation.
You’d probably find LED strips with just a two core cable more convenient.
I have some Philips like that, would give you a link but I think they are discontinued.
[Edit] found a similar model of the type I’m talking about but would cost £31. (3 strips, 2 connectors, 1 cable)..

How did you do that?

Hue light strip and motion sensor.

Accessory setup in the app

Tell it what light to turn on between what times.
If the connectors would have been micro usb/usb-c the possibilities would have been enormous for these strips !! But again they decided for old standards
Can anyone recommend me a mains powered version plz. I have the mains cable connected to our main light switch but all the ones I am finding, have a 3 socket plug.

I need the ones that connect directly to the mains cable. Thank you

LED light units do not usually work off 230V mains, you will need a transformer, there's plenty out there. If you already have a 12V LED transformer you could just leave out the included adapter and wire in this unit. If you connect a segment without the touch sensor then it will just turn on when it receives current but you'd obviously lose the dimming and touch control capabilities.

They also have a listing for a pack of 3.
Factor in, you have to buy cable and interconectors separate. Example price to join 3 together is £31
