    I'd be very careful about buying lights from a Chinese company on Amazon, there's a good chance from previous experience it will set at least one of our houses on fire.

    Info says they're low voltage (31v) Aside from catastrophic failure of the power supply, they're not as dangerous as the super cheap lights that basically pump mains voltage down the string. As long as they use a switching power supply or transformer you should be safe. I've bought a few sets of lights recently from Amazon, LED strings like this and low voltage Festoons and they've all come with a branded power supply, CE marked, some even UKCA maked also.

    these are cool white, on a side note, i cant stand the cheapo cool white ones, it has to be warm white / copper - the copper ones are 16.99
    and ideally probably ones that look like old school filament ones... (edited)

    Grear, I was struggling with the cost of heating but this set my house on fire. Very warm for an short period whilst we all squeezed out of the bedroom window and then free hotels and small bottles of shampoo for free months whilst the insurance company cleans the soot off the Christmas ceiling.

    tl;dr low voltage devices are incredibly unlikely to set your house on fire. Heat.
