been looking for a spirit level to attach to the Canon EOS to help prevent my wonky horizons.

seems excellent value for a led one , just wish it beeped as well.

Brand New Product and Exclusive to 7dayshop.com. This hotshoe spirit level features five built in LED lights to confirm your cameras horizontal position. Highly sensitive system for picture perfect results. No more wonky horizons as the five LED's help to confirm and guide you as to when camera is in a perfectly level position. Red LED's on outside, Blue on the inside and green LED in middle lets you know that your on target !
Especially useful for landscape, reference and architectural photography. Compact and lightweight too !
Two particular benefits are
1. Use day or night - LED's have 5 brightness levels so as not to be too bright at night-time - ordinary spirit levels are hard to see in the dark hours without a torch !
2. Can be used whilst actually taking pictures as lights are positioned at the back of the unit and are still visible whilst looking through your viewfinder.
Measures a super compact L35 x W35 x D2.2cm Weight Just 11 grams

Fits all camera's using a standard flashgun hotshoe fitting. Use with digital SLR's or 35mm (film) SLR cameras.
Requires 2 x CR1130 Batteries which are included (battery life up to 40 hours).

Buy with Complete Confidence - We offer a 30 day money back if not 101% delighted !!

Erm... the standard flash hotshoe (ISO 518:2006) which this slides into will always be flat on your camera unless there is something seriously wrong with it. Interesting fact - this hotshoe design, used by most camera makers today, was invented just about a century ago by Oskar Barnack; a Leica engineer.

Good deal, but I prefer an old-fashioned analogue 3-axis level - cheaper, no electronics to go wrong and shows back/forward tilt, which is useful for panoramas.

Ahh ok, didnt check to see how you mounted it, had envisioned some sort of sticking it on to your camera scenario lol, nice one, think I will get one then.
