Just perusing Screwfix and came across this. Not bad considering the head torch alone is £30+ on it's own.

Available both online and locally for collection (in stock all over Tyneside at the time of listing) If ordering for delivery it's a £5.00 delivery charge.

H7.2 Headlamp and P3 Torch Set

An ideal headlamp and torch set. Features up to 300 lumen output on Boost mode, combined with up to 60 hours burn time on Low Power mode (20 lumens), makes this a versatile hands-free light for any environment. Uses CREE LED light chips to ensure optimised light output, and a lens which delivers a wide angle of beam. Palm-sized torch is only 96mm long but sends a bright white LED beam up to 31m, enough for most near and some far-distance lighting needs. Compact size fits in a pocket or can be attached to key ring. Easy-slide, single-hand speed focus from flood to spot, and an oversize lamp head for increased range.

great buy.
I've used an LED lenser p7 for 4 years and it still works great.
the H7 is the headtorch version of the P7 and well worth £30 on its own

I have the original H7 and a P3 (as well as a T7 and a P2). The H7 was on special offer when I bought it for £30 and the P3 cost a tenner - so this is a great deal. The H7 is quite incredible as head torches go. It can illuminate objects about 200m away on narrow full beam. I'm almost tempted but I really don't need another torch.

torches are not a need item, they are must haves ;0)

I forgot to mention that the P3 has Blue Moon focussing which gives a perfectly circular even beam which is quite amazing to use.

Damn! I just decided to pass my H7 on to somebody else and treat myself.

Excellent price. Have wanted one of these for ages.
Do they run on normal AA (& rechargeable) batteries or the 18650 ones?

Wow that is an amazing price. I have the Lenser P7.2 which is excellent but for camping etc a head torch is a must. Ordered.

Great op,thanks.heat added

Ordered. Thank you OP.

There's a chance screwfix has got the incorrect information, the H7R.2 is the 300lumens, not the H7.2. It's still a good deal, but might not be as described.

Have these at work, good lights especially for the size but I'd say there is an issue with the battery packs, most sets at work have gone faulty

I don't need another torch.....but I must....arrgghh

they take aaa.

Just picked mine up.... H7.2 AND a P3 in a pack.
This is not the rechargeable one.

It says 250 lumens for H7.2 and 16 lumens for the P3

Good price, hot but agree with previous comment about about poor quality battery pack for a premium product. Zoom stopped working on my lenser and battery pack is identical to cheap chinese imports. These are great however for running as rear battery and small torch is very well balanced and steady.

cracking price for a decent brand.

have had the p3 torch and the t7 torch for about 4 or 5 years absolutely no problem with battery packs on mine. I use the p3 which is tiny every night when I walk my dog and clean up after him, torch is essential. it is a one click torch off and on nothing in between excellent

If it was the h7.2r (r means rechargeable)' you can of course use rechargeable batteries.

Ah thought these were the rechargeable versions, poor quality packs or charging circuit just end up using normal batteries instead

I just picked mine up and the two slightly negative things which I feel bear mentioning are that unlike the H7, there is no pouch with the H7.2 and the battery pack is somewhat bigger as it has four AAA batteries rather than three so doesn't fit comfortably in my old H7 pouch.

On the very positive side, the wide beam is just like the focussed narrow Blue Moon beam of the P3, i.e. perfectly circular and even beam - very nice indeed.

you can use rechargeable batteries in this.

Heat - bargain for both.

Great stocking filler. Thanks OP!

Item pictured is that of the Ledlenser H7R.2 and not what they are selling which is the older H7R.

Was about to post this deal only to find its already here. Excellent value. Best price i could find the H7.2 on its own is 40'ish quid. Despite the 4 AAA batteries it is still comfortable and very stable, suitable as a running head torch.
I can confirm it is the H7.2 model .....
