What are the benefits of the LED Lenser P7.2?
The LED Lenser P7.2 Professional Torch is a medium-sized handheld torch, with a stunning 320 max lumen output generated from its upgraded CREE LED light chip.

It features the patented Advanced Focus System (AFS) that uniquely combines lens and reflector to deliver a wide superior homogenous flood beam for close-up visibility, together with a sharply focused spot beam for long distance visibility. The P7.2 also incorporates Speed Focus, which allows single-handed focusing from flood to spot beam in a second and a dynamic Switch on the end cap that offers three levels of brightness (‘Power’, ‘Low Power’, ‘Boost’). This larger, more responsive switch is easier to operate when wearing gloves on those chilly winter nights. Smartly finished in matt black and with an over aircraft grade aluminum, it not only looks good but also allows for a better grip.

What are CREE LED bulbs?
LED Lenser utilizes the energy efficient CREE LED bulbs, which offer a 25,000-hour bulb life in comparison to the average 1,000-hours of life offered by a standard incandescent bulb.

Who are LED Lenser?
As a leading international brand of hand-held torches and head lamps, LED Lenser is renowned for superior German engineering, outstanding performance, and state-of-the art technologies, such as the patented Advanced Focus System and Smart Light Technology. Using only the finest materials, such as energy-efficient CREE LED light chips, aircraft-grade aluminum and gold-plated contacts, they are renowned for quality and have a reputation for reliability that is second to none.

It's a gift box.

There's also a flatpack version, but the boxed set seems cheapest atm.

I don't know if this comes with the same accessories?

Same price on ebay
Normally the case is in the box —- lots of fakes on eBay
Thanks op...missed out on last deal. Having several torches it’s time to try this highly rated one.
How does it better than Cree XML-T6? Paid £2.99 4 years ago and still running strong with almost daily usage.

Seems to be a lot of hype surrounding these LED Lenser torches, to the point where I actually bought one a few years ago. I got to say the build quality is amazing. Then I got one of the Cree XML torches like you that run on an 18650 battery. Few quid off eBay. What can I say? I suddenly felt like I got ripped off with the LED Lenser. Cree XML all the way for me. Brighter and looks and feels like an expensive tactical torch.

I call it good value. When I look at the performance compared to my 2AA and 3AA LED Maglite the Chinese Cree is like Heathrow Airport and the Maglites are way behind., Okay they are 10 years old but cost me over £25 each or £2.50/yr. I could buy 33 for the same price as one lenser in a gift box which would be useful to light the fire I suppose.
I agree some chinese stuff direct is rubbish but the torch I linked is not rubbish, is it the build quality or the performance you have issues with? Maybe you got a duff one.

This is the factory in China where the led lensers are made although they do use some good LEDs

Mine came in the gift box with cord, canvas belt case and hand cord and that was it, I paid about £32 I think. I have many torches including a couple of surefire's whilst I agree the Led Leensers are not as bright and they don't throw the beam as far they throw it wider and this is what I wanted, the build quality is amazing. Sorry just checked mine is a P14

Argh. I see now, you are unfamiliar with Maglite terminology. Don't worry easy mistake to make. I wasn't referring to batteries the "maglite 2aa" is the model number (mainly because it refers to the type and number of batteries the torch contains.

I never said u was referring to batteries or made a dig at yourself. So take that chip off ur shoulder. I was purely stating the website said it was rechargeable and in the next step it said runs off batteries
Out of stock in stores too.
