they have the E14 candle, E14 round, Gu10 and the B22 candle all in the Wythenshawe poundland. I was sceptical but bought 2 and they are actually really good for the price with good ratings on the website.

I bought the E14 candles and they are not dimmable but not sure about the other types. By v-tac who seem to be good brand though
Had two of these, ones lasted 4 months and still working the other 1 day then dead...
2 years ago I paid 4 times that amount for led bulbs from Ikea,,,, absolute crap, I bought 10 of them, GU10 X 4 Watt, 3 of which failed after only 4 months, unfortunately the store is 25 miles from our house so not able to take them back.

I bought 10 more from Poundland none of which have failed and are in daily use outside my bungalow under my weatherboard,,,if any fail within a resonable time take them back for replacement or refund, with receipt....no problem.
I got about 10 of the golf ball ones when they were on offer, they seem very good quality but I found it a bit hit and miss as to which V-TAC ones they had in stock.
Wahoo thanks have been waiting to get a good deal on some led bulbs
Poundland are making a tidy profit on these. LED bayonet caps sell for 13p each on mainland China. With discount for bulk.

Not as big a profit as ASDA.
They branded these bulbs with ASDA and charge a fiver!

The one above at 13p, looks very similar to one sold by ASDA for a whacking 15 Quid!

They are 5W so equivalent to about a 40-50W incandescent, warm render. None dimable but what do you expect for a pound. Heat added.
These bulbs are 3w (20w), perfect for my my three lamp fittings giving equivilant of 60w.
They are very bright and do not take time in warming up. Full brightness as soon as switched on.
I have stocked up on poundland leds recently. Some v-tac ones but mostly Electrek ones. 2 electrek ones have failed in the last 2 days. So wishing I had not bothered now.
I've posted this on another thread but want as many people as possible to be warned...

I bought 2 of these Poundland LED bulbs; they failed after 3 and 4 weeks respectively. I took them back (with receipt) and the store manager said they only have a 14 day - yes 14 DAY - guarantee. Tells you everything you need to know about Poundland's faith in their own products.

I explained that LED bulbs should last years but the manager wasn't interested.

Absolute joke. False economy. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
I replaced a number of bulbs in the house with these 8 weeks ago, Probably about 12.
Not one has failed, one in a dark area I leave on all night for security, I often leave this one on all day as well.
Throw them away and buy two more?
Just a warning. Bought electrek bulbs for a bedside lamp. One gave up the ghost suddenly (3W). The other one a 5W has started to give out fumes, smelling like wax.

All are still going, no problems here
