Can I put this inside the rear window of my car saying 'POLICE...STOP'?

Ordered in case of zombie apocalypse on 21/12/12

I shall declare SURVIVORS INSIDE!

can do this on your phone...

link not working.

DAMNOME

can do this on your phone...

wouldn't it be hard for the driver behind to read it off your phone?

This has so many uses, all of them childish, none very funny... so perfect for me, have some heat

Size H5.5, W8.5, D14.5cm

this is tiny

It's ~6"x2.5", which is much bigger than an iPhone 5 screen, for example.

I have the app for my iPhone and its clearly visible from 20ft.

Does anyone know if this censors? Some of them @#*%ing do and it spoils the fun.

Sounds good, just trying to think of a practical use for it lol.

Secret Santa limit £10 - this could be fun, heat added. In reply to the comment above, there are "NO practicat uses for this device" haha

Voted hot, thanks.

Will be going on the parcel shelf of the car, with "Back off" preprogrammed in.

Gotta have one of these. Have some heat lol

Hot, hours of pointless fun with this!

Does this have to be connected to a computer to display the message, or will it work as a "stand alone"?

Cant think of any uses for myself but good for the missus who usually cant wait up for me getting home.

"Dinners in the oven/ fridge / dog"

I wanted it for that, but to read 'YOU'RE DRIVING LIKE A COMPLETE COCK END'

Ahh see now that's a good use for it, especially when the Mrs is on day shifts and I am working nights so we don't see each other before I leave/she returns.

Anyone see a use for this in a sandwich shop?

Or "I've left you".

Don't know why its changed to expired as I've just reserved one?

Reserved due to the numerous childish uses this has, cheers OP!

Thanks, reserved one!

Glad this is expired as i just bought one and got a refund straight away as as the screen itself is less than half the size of a credit card

Just picked mine up, the screen is small, but it's still really legible from a good few meters away. I had it running out the front window saying merry christmas, and I could see it easily from about 15m away.

does this need to be continuously connected to a computer to display the wordings or is it ok to connect it to a usb charger once the words have been entered on a computer? i dont know how this thing works
Edited by: "bubblesmoney" 2nd Dec 2012

It needs to be connected to a computer at all times with software running. It is also powered from the USB cable. Software has the ability to create your own bitmap images, 12 different bitmaps can be mapped to one picture to give the illusion of a moving character/picture. OK at £10 for novelty but uses limited as it must be permanently connected to PC with software running.

Not sure why it is marked as expired as currently £10 in standard Argos shops.
