This

It's a crime not to buy this if you don't have it already!

Best band ever. Do yourself a favour and buy this if you don't have it. Pure ROCK!

nice find

Great album, I've had it twice on vinyl and also on CD.

ordered from HMV through cash back site.

Amazing album, although I prefer the original CD mastering, as opposed to the remaster.

Hot from me! I'm sad enough to have both UK and USA versions on vinyl, a virtual pint to anyone who knows the difference ( apart from label design) ;-)

The US version is full of spelling mistakes?

I read about how when they were re-mastered a second time that they used contemporary mastering techniques to increase the overall loudness at the expense of dynamic range; that’s my grasp at understanding it anyway.
The irony is that I presume one major reason for this current trend is to make it sound louder on the radio and Zep weren’t even a singles band!!! :w00t:
Why not just let people turn the volume up an down as they see fit and stop messing with the music.

No doubt when Jimmy Page is 75 he’ll re-master them again in 3D audio and give us the dynamic range back. :-D

Makes me want to grab a guitar and a violin bow.

On the US copy The Lemon Song is titled 'Killing Floor' presumably due to this shenanigans:-

all us old farts should buy a copy for their kids, let them hear what rock music is all about

I have both The Lemon Song and Killing Floor pressings on vinyl (plum label). Didnt realise one was a US pressing. Pretty sure they are both UK.

I heard about the imports but never determined which countries they came from!

My 16 year old and her friends have already raided my CD/Vinyl collection of their own volition. I appear to have accidentally acquired some cred with them on account of having seen most of the rock greats in the 70's

I'm going from memory as my vinyl albums are sitting in a box in the wardrobe, maybe they are both UK pressings.
