    Is toasted sesame oil the same thing?

    No - sounds obvious but one is made with toasted sesame seeds and one isn't.

    Sesame seed oil has a fairly low smoke point so burns easily and not used for stir fries / woks. Generally toasted oil is 100% (or very high percentage) sesame oil so better used for dressings / dips.

    This isn't actually sesame oil, but flavoured soya bean oil.

    The Lidl oil I mentioned earlier is all sesame oil, a blend of roasted and not roasted, so as per @Begize 's comment is for flavouring and not cooking (edited)
