Looks like the price crept up slightly since this great beer was last £13 at Amazon, but I'm pleased to say it is back at £13 again.

A lovely beer in my opinion, one maybe two bottles is enough for me to enjoy that smooth taste, grab it while you can (especially with Spring just around the corner).

  • This pack contains 12 x 330ml bottles of Leffe Blonde Belgian Abbey Beer, 6.6% ABV, imported from Belgium
  • Would make for a great craft beer gift for all beer lovers

Type: Belgium Abbey Beer
ABV: 6.6%
Origin: Belgium
Leffe Blonde is an authentic blond abbey beer with a slight hint of bitterness and a full, smooth and fruity flavour, which is followed by a strong and surprising aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING:
While this is a perfect aperitif beer, it also tastes delicious with a wide variety of dishes, especially red meat, sweet and sour dishes and white mould cheese, such as Camembert, Brie, Brillat-Savarin or Saint-Marcellin.

Leffe, always welcome.4091418_1.jpg
Leffe is far more than a beer. It’s a place. A community. A history.
4091418_1.jpg
For centuries, the Abbaye de Leffe has welcomed all with open arms. And ever since it was first brewed in 1240, so has the world-famous beer that bears its name.
4091418_1.jpg
Dry, fruity, delicately malted beer with a subtle bittersweet finish and a creamy head.

I finally got around to doing a blind taste test and although both taste similar I was able to guess which one was the 6.6%

The 6.0% by comparison tasted slightly flatter and less sweet/syrupy and honey flavoured. The 6.6% was an easy winner and far nicer to drink.

Still plenty at 99p of these and the dark variant at my local Home Bargains.

I’ve looked in a few branches of Home Bargains but I’ve not seen any Leffe in there. I did see the 69p bottles of Blue Moon a while back, wish they’d return but I do prefer Leffe though.

Funny enough if someone post a beer promo from Amazon all is cool. When someone post 12 packs of water from Amazon then you will gett milion comments from "Greenpeace heads" about how bad it is for environment. Conclusion? Drink beer!

Cheaper in home bargains. They have blonde and brune 99p a bottle. Still loads in my local

Bruges Zot is nice but if you ever visit Bruges you have to try De Gaar Staminee

It's the best I've ever drank in all the pubs I've gone to, from the pulls I should mention, not bottle.

£12.35 on Subscribe & Save, I’ve ordered two, cheers OP!

£10 at Asda recently, sadly all gone now, still not bad at £13.

Will Asda deliver this to your door for free?

Fantastic deal. Sadly not a patch on what it was 10-20 years ago. Seems overly sugary to me these days. Maybe the old tastes bad have gone.

Received stock from Amazon at 6%, not 6.6%. Strange!
    LordHippos's avatar
What's even stranger is that mine arrived at 6.6% as normal...

Just revisiting this deal that I posted. I also got 6% bottles rather than 6.6% and I do think it tastes different.... Less syrup/honey taste 👎

I ordered two cases, both arrived as 6.6%. Seems very strange how many people are getting this odd 6% version and hopefully it’s not a sign of things to come but at least Amazon should refund you.
