Another find for the left handed guitarists on hotukdeals. I always say how rare good offers on LH models are, so posting them when they crop is a bit of a mission of mine.

This is a lower end model for those either just starting out that want to buy brand new. Or for those just wanting a well priced guitar.

As Cort’s homage to the great vintage acoustic guitars, the Earth Series represents the look, sound, feel and playability of those fine instruments with uncompromising quality and excellent value. Ideal for both flatpicking and fingerstyle players, the Earth70 features time-tested classic materials like solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides.

SOLID SITKA SPRUCE TOP
Spruce provides an ideal balance between strength and flexibility, hence its overwhelming popularity as the wood of choice for tops of acoustic guitars. Spruce’s versatile sonic character makes it ideal for a variety of musical genres and playing styles.

MAHOGANY BACK & SIDES
Bright yet natural with a strong and warm midrange, the beloved mahogany wood has been a standard for back and sides on premium acoustics for many decades.

OPEN PORE FINISH
Not only does the open pore finish enhance the resonance of the woods but it also reduces the weight of the guitar for improved playability.

SCOOPED BRIDGE
The exclusive scooped surface bridge from Cort enhances sustain with greater string angle from the saddle to the body while reducing tension on the strings across the neck were less finger fatigue and improved playability.

Cheers, just ordered for my lefty lad
I'm left handed. I have about hmm 6 or 7 guitars and it's one thing that pains me about being left handed, the lack of choice.
What would be the used alternatives to look out for at this price point NeoTrix?
How does something symmetrical have a left handed equivalent what am i missing

The strings arn't symmetrical and would be the wrong way around if a lefty plays a right handed guitar

At the top of the fret board there is the Nut(white thing) the set up of the guitar involves its correct position and string allignment for guitar playability, so if the fat strings won't fit into the nut correctly as thats the groove for a low gauge string then you will run into issues.

Just to add to that, if you were to swap the nut for a suitable right handed replacement, you'd also run into the problem of the bridge being at the wrong angle, throwing things out of whack. If anyone likes the price of this and wants a right handed model, you may as well take a peek at this one It is a jumbo electro acoutsic, but could suit some of you

Hmm, will depend on what you want exactly. For a full sized non cut out, maybe something like a Yamaha F370. Under £100 in good condition is a good price. If it's used brand new then obviously you'll pay more. You're looking at about £140ish new on them.
