Bad maths.

It's still a deal but I think your calculator might need a new battery as 1600 bricks for £37.50 works out at more than double your suggestion.

There goes me needing more coffee and using a calculator

is this a pretty good price for the basic bricks?
find the sets when built are just 'too fiddly' to really be creative and build your own with so many distracting 1*1 bits etc
or are there sometimes cheaper ways to buy the most basic bricks?

Yes this ia cheap. I've been watching the price for ages.

ok deal but its recently been £34 on amazon and it was £20 in last years black friday deals so might be worth holding out as brick for brick there's likely to be better offers out therr.

Comes up at £49.99 for me?

It has been lower on Amazon recently.

Might take a miss though. Too many small pieces.

Best you can get is the basic bricks 6177 when it sells at £19, it has sold at £16.49 but might be a long time until you ever see that again.

These other sets have a lot of tiny parts in them so the numbers aren't that helpful.

Also, it's showing as £49.99 on The Entertainer currently.

It's £49.99 ?

you have to enter the code Lego at the checkout and it will take the price from £49.99 down to £37.50 not a bad price though!!

that does look better for a beginner

are there any sites that count bricks not just in terms of physical number but maybe in volume/weight/dots/ etc?

You can buy used lego bricks in bulk on ebay by colour/size etc

Or look for bulk buys of mixed bricks, you can sometimes find a bargain.

LEGOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I want it

Go to the checkout/basket and put in the following code "LEGO". It was explained on the first line of the deal description.

Perhaps it's my maths as well, but op is not far off, 2.34p a piece?

I bought lego set 6177 a few months ago very disappointing, hardly any 4x2 pieces, majority the tiny pieces that are useless to build with.
I would recommend ebay for bundles.

hence your timing off

This box has colours that are not normally included in mix boxes only kits so it's a good mix. Bought this for my boys and they have made a volcano for school

Expired?

Yes I think expired as I've put the voucher code in the basket and in the checkout and it says it cannot be redeemed. Must remember to keep a look out on Black Friday for this

Can anyone recommend the cheapest way of bulk buying LEGO minifigures? Need about 100!

Banned

In wilkos they have lego in the pick and mix style things and you buy it buy the kilo.. Might be cheaper getting it that way.

Got this last year for my daughters, lots of bricks but a lot of small pieces has peeps have said

Full list is on this link Click here for the bits list

SNO1VUK - code for the 5% off ; I just checked and it is working.

Back as £37 again now - no code required - although if you use SNO1VUK it comes down to just over £35 :-)

SNOV1UK does not work

SNO1VUK nice!

This was £24.99 at Asda last year.

SNOV1UK does not work

Don't copy and paste it as it adds a space sometimes and for me it did not work so I typed it and it worked.
