This is one of those sets that are better to buy from a LEGO Store or at LEGO Shop.com. If your wanting this recommend you getting this set during March or October reasons why:

March and October are double VIP month so you'll get 864 VIP points (worth a little over £5)
There will probably be a free promotional set

That's a bit shady

No doubt he/she will pop up in another set or its own.
Lego's policy for Ideas sets is that they must use existing pieces (no new moulds) and there aren't really appropriate existing pieces for Dino (particularly the head).
That feeling when you feel pathetic for wanting a Lego set
