Product Dimensions 48 x 15.3 x 37.8 cm; 4.8 Kg

That's a lot of Lego! I still wouldnt spend £200 of my money on it, though.

Also, some Lego is collectable and goes up in value, so people see at as an investment - with such low interest rates, why not?

coz it's brill??!

I like lego but this is fugly

syndrome ay at smyths amd tesco too and John lewis

It's also properly branded, more so than the Mercedes truck and some others, the packaging is different and it's probably somewhat of a special edition Lego set

Am I the only one that thinks the model looks awful? Emperors clothes maybe? (are you allowed to criticise Lego on here?)

agreed!

You'd think it would at least resemble a 911 gt3.
Looks like a write off.

Good trolling

Good investment if you are prepared to wait +5 years. Have few large sets from 2010 which seem to have tripled in value

My experience, having sold a few big sets over the years, that are now discontinued, is that you are likely to get back pretty much what you paid. (Assuming you buy them at a decent price and taking into account eBay/Paypal fees, etc.) It helps to keep the box and manual(s) in good condition.

Still available at Tesco for £200 with clubcard points gained and any vouchers you have to apply.

Also at ASDA for £199.97 if you're that way inclined

why are there gaping holes under the headlights? I know it's not supposed to be a detailed model but thing looks like it rolled down a hill.

gone it seems (at that price)...
