I managed to get mine second hand for £190 from Ebay a couple of weeks ago and thought that was a good deal! Where can you get it sub £200 brand new now?
Not a bad price brand new at the mo! Hoping for a deal on the Lambo when it gets released outside the Lego store in August :-D

You can't now.

Best price going at the moment.
They dropped to around 185 last year before xmas
Has been a lot lower but will have to wait until BF or Christmas maybe...

Obligatory "you can get a car for that"
With what my retiring knowlage has told me this set is due for retirement this year, so I wouldn't chance the wait for it to potentially go sub £200 cause I might not if your really wanting it.

Once this is retired is expect it to go for over £400 pretty soon cause that's what the aftermarket does to sets like these.

So heat from me
Lowest it's ever been is £175 on Amazon quite a while ago

I while back, but payed ‘only’ 160 through ebay. they did the 20% off and it was £200 in Argos. I guess everything is much more expensive now.
200 pounds just for some plastic
I can't come home with this for me and no toys for the wife, she'd kill me. Can anyone recommend a good toy to keep my wife busy while i play with this?

Yeah, but everything has a value. The Pink Star is 12g of carbon and sold for over £71 million.
Wait until Black Friday when it should be around half price again. Only a fool would "invest" in this as it's been VERY available below RRP for far too long. If you do, prepare to store it for 5+ years!

Most of the sets slated to retire at the end of 2020 are being extended another year due to poor toy shop sales (COVID-19) and vast stocks still in the Belgian, Czech, Netherlands and UK warehouses. This includes the Bugatti which is slated for a 50% reduction at LEGO, IWOOT and Amazon during next Black Friday to clear warehouse space. LEGO have made over 2 million of these, so they'll be very available below RRP for quite a while yet. Do I work for LEGO, No! I'm a contractor for KUEHNE+NAGEL who handle their distribution and storage in Europe and I also check some of the manifests and retailer purchase orders, especially of sets that I'm interested in.

For some of you waiting for the 10220 VW T1 Camper to retire, sorry.... it's on wholesale lists for all of 2021 so far.
Despite this going cold.. thanks for taking the time to share @Tronik

Yeah, after loving building the Porsche GT3, I'm not risking losing out on getting one of these retail.

Maybe we'll see the Lambo on sale nearer Christmas?
