I know this isn't good for the brick and mortar high street shops because of their running costs, but hey thats the nature of the business.

Yes this is an argos price match but most prices on amazon are matching smaller companies that I don't even know are selling the product I want.
Stick it in Google, up it pops from amazon because they pay millions to be top of Googles search and that's where I get it from. I'm not going to search to page 26 to find it at the local place.
Anyway, when argos have gone the way of many others amazon won't have to drop their prices to match anyone will they.
Yeah good old amazon. Let other shops take the lead and then drop your price to steal the custom.
Didn’t need it, can’t afford it, bought it

There she blows mat!! Amazon gerbils must be a bit slow on the server wheels today.. that took an age for them to match it!!

Even better, if anyone has their free £6 extra, from buying a £50 gift card, as brings it down to £59 delivered!!

I think they are busy preparing for their own end of season sale, slated to start at midnight, which will blow all the high streets away again sadly. But yes combined with your GC deal it becomes an even tempting offer.
Just miss this one in Argos, but Amazon never let me down. HEAT!

If there's no local stock at Argos, it's not really stealing.

Was gutted I missed the Argos deal as when finally decided I needed this in my life, it had gone out of stock.

I then convinced myself it wouldn't have been the right thing to do as I don't need this in my life.

Now I come across this tonight. Gutted.

Do it - be rude not to. Saying that, mine will probably sit in the loft for a year unopened

Nah.. that looks like a Lego bathtub, compared to this puppy
It looks like a transformer that's got stuck mid-transform 😁
Delivery for prime and non-prime is Tuesday 27/8. Arriving sooner at Argos so I'm keeping my reservation.

Isn't that how capitalism works and has worked ever since its inception. Its yet another chapter in the survival of the fittest evolutionary nature of all things around us.

How do I get the GC though, coz it doesn't show me the register/sign in button - does it have to be a new account? Thanks for clarifying mate.

Thought I had answered you mat, sorry, must have been someone else that could not see the button to get it, I "think" that some browsers may be blocking the element (the button) to get it, this workaround seems to have worked for a few...

Thanks mate - I tried 3 different browsers, cleared cache and made new accounts with the gmail trick etc - no luck. Gave up thinking surely by now Amazon know my IP address by heart

Had this happened earlier I could have bought it for half price as I have some Amazon vouchers. Now that would've been a real steal

Trouble is I bought it from Argos earlier. Couldn't hang around at such deal. These deals disappear quick.
If this deal came a few days later even, I would have(should have) even more vouchers to spend!
I like how Amazon describe it as for kids from 10 months to 8 years old.
