Seen it lower at £199 but still a great saving on a massive set.

It's back
Great set, great price. Bought last time at £199
Set is great and beautiful with quiet few nice little features.
My favourite build I personally have. Picked it up at £200 but this is still a great price.
Wish they would reduce the Mountain Cave, it's the only other big set I'm interested in.

This is a really impressive build and although pricey there's a lot of parts:

I envy anyone who can justify spending/has the money to spend £200+ on Lego, I balk at spending £40 on a set.

I cycle to work saving £15 a day on train or a car. So every two weeks i can buy this set. If you apply this logic to say not buying coffee and having a packed lunch or even shopping around for utilities. Easy to justify given its gonna be worth AT LEAST what you paid when you come to sell it.

You can apply nonsense logic to anything.
Why don't you just say you cycle to work instead of a 30 quid taxi and then you saved twice as much using your hypothetical theory.
You know those expensive coffees that you never buy. If you dont have 2 of those a day you'll save even more.
I don't smoke and it's great because I'm saving 10 quid a day from not buying cigs.
And just today I didnt buy a million pound house so the 5 grand a month mortgage saving buys me an insane amount of Lego.
Love this set! Picked up at £199 a lot of Lego for the money!!

But this is an actual saving. It's a choice. I wouldnt get a £30 taxi its not an option. If you buy 2 coffees every day and then stop thats a saving.
You appear too stupid to understand the concept of a saving.

I appreciate it's cheaper than RRP but c'mon, £200? On Lego? I love Lego as much as the next person but it's silly money for what's essentially a kid's toy.

Moron.

Nah, my definition of a moron is someone that makes up nonsense to justify buying Lego.
If only I had the money....

This, don't even know how to play Minecraft but something about this set interests me
It’s a great set. My 6 year old son and I had hours of fun building this on rainy days during summer holidays last year.

Are you British? I ask you because you sound like one.
Some people make me laugh on here, if you can’t justify spending that amount on ‘a kids toy’ then why are you on this deal in the first place?
I intend on buying this set in the near future, it looks like an awesome build! Heat for OP, enjoyment for me!

There's only one person to blame for that
You post something thinking it will be helpful and you just get keyboard warriors starting arguments or leaving stupid comments. Don’t think I’ll bother in the future.

Let’s look at it another way.....£200 up front investment....5 months time you sell for £150.....that’s £10 a month to enjoy this set, build and ‘play’ a bit....that’s bloody cheap and less than 50p a working day! Easily saved by purchasing a multi pack of crisps instead of singles at a local cafe.....Lego rarely ‘crashes’ in price and the larger sets rarely, if ever get towards that 50% of RRP this one is already 15% off the £260 RRP!! In summary, buy, build, enjoy, sell! That’s how you enjoy this ‘expensive’ hobby

Spot on.
in the past, Ive bought larger sets, built them and then sold on. you can easily get your money back by separating the minifigures from the set and selling them (individually or collectively) and then selling the set (minus the minifigures). that's how I justify buying the larger sets.

Please don't think that way,I always come on here to look for Lego bargains.Don't let the mong minority and their boring whines put you off.

It's a great deal and people have benefited from it so please don't hesitate to post again, just stick the users posting negative comments on mute.

It's a fantastic set for the sheer size and complexity of it plus how functional it all is, the whole set easily breaks down into modules with lots for the minifigures to do.
