I normally take the wife on holiday and leave the points at home. hot deal though!

Nothing standing out as a great reduction on there at the moment, but this runs until 9th July so I will keep an eye on it. It is like a good little extra discount on top of a normal reduction, but not a great deal on full price Lego really.

It's effectively 80% off if you redeem your vouchers smartly, and even if you just spent them to save of your shopping it's 20% off (1,000 points = £10 bare minimum value, £40 if used with some clubcard deals). Seems like a pretty great reduction to me!

Yeah, it is a good deal. I usually spend my clubcard points on Lego during double points promotions (if they ever do another one that is!) so I would chalk 1000 points up as £20 worth of extra Lego and then split it as £10 off this purchase and then £10 off a £20 spend (on Lego) at some point in the future.

If you can quadruple the 'value' of the points it is better, but all depends on the 'value' of what you get.

1000pts = £20 off during double up promotions, so that is effectively £70 RRP of lego for £50. That's not quite 30% off. It is easier to just wait for a 30% sale and buy hassle free, rather than have to jump through all the hoops to get the same discount.

Do you ever see 30% off promo's though, unless it's clearance stock, 25% at best and more often 20% off it seems? I shop around for a lot of Lego as you might be able to tell! Guess this isn't as good a deal for everyone, depending on how you spend your points.

It depends which sets you're buying, of course. Some of the current mid-range Star Wars sets are already discounted by around 25% at Tesco Direct, so if you were to buy all four of the £20 RRP sets today for around £60 and get the 1000 bonus points on top, then you're looking at a very good deal.

1000 points is worth £50 in days out right now but you won't get your points till after that offer finishes on June 23rd I guess.

60044 mobile police unit at 21.49 is a good price. Not hot on its own but good on this promotion combined with another small item to take up to £25

If you like Pizza Express/Bella Italia you can't go wrong here, £50 for £50 worth of Lego + £40 food vouchers!

I spent £55 no 1000 points

I spend my points on RAC membership and ticketmaster. Any points deal is worth at least double in my eyes. I spent £50 and points added automatically. No issues

Combine this with the Back to the Future set from Tesco (available for £29.99 using code in another thread) and its effectively cost you £9.99 !!

i spent 60 quid got all the points, then next day sent my wife to store to with out reciept and she got money refunded, we kept all points

Did anyone see the typo in the email about this? It states 5000 points on a £50 spend!

Thanks for this I've bought so much lego I now have £320 to spend in Pizza Express. I'll probably gain 2st.
