Same Price at Argos too

Argos have just priced matched this item.

Probably the other way around given that Argos started its Toy Event on Friday. Shame Amazon haven't price matched the Lego City Train too at £67.99 at Argos. No stock anywhere near me sadly.

yes amazon priced matched argos. argos put it down first. I looked for the train but amazon don't sell it. Just other suppliers.

Went to Toys R Us this morning and they price matched the lego city Train with Argos. (67.99) I had a £15 discount voucher from the promo the other week so it only ended up costing me £52.99. Knowing my luck the Black Friday price will be better than this but I couldn't take the chance in case there was limited stock prior to xmas.

I didn't take the chance either. I had £10 off at argos so I got it from there. to be honest I cannot see it going lower than £60 if it does go down.

reinstated pre-edited deal price of £33.99 as the current price reduction to £30 has already been posted here

So was this deal until the OP edited his price when they realised Amazon had dropped the price again. Someone else had already noticed this and posted the £30 deal this morning

Tidy, I got my boy the Lego High Speed Passenger Train the other day, this will be a great accompaniment!
P.S I hate HUKD this time of year!X)

I got it from flubit for 26.76 if anyone has an account with them

i did exactly the same at toys r us and paid 52.99, i then sold the free lego watch i got (they had run out of coin banks) for £12, effectively making the train 40.99

Yeah I got the lego bank. Figured it would make a good sticking filler for the little man. Happy with the overall price after price match and voucher. Do you know if you can combine 2 trains on the same track using 2 different controllers?

I've been trying to get the train at argos for the last few days but no where has any stock. Can you only get the train at that price in store at toys r us? as It's still £74.99 on line.

on tesco it's £74.99 and register a new email address and use a new customer code that gives you £10 of £50. that takes it down to £64.99.

Order it for click and collect (you pay on store) then when you collect ask about price matching. They didn't seem too concerned that every Argos in the country had no stock and duly obliged. Have to be quick though as the Argos offer ends tonight

Sorry for the offtipic.
I remember a webpage that actually showed the prices of the black friday deals BEFORE they went online.
Does anybody have that website?
Thank you and once again Sorry

Grrrr... Had already ordered from Amazon at £33.99!

But.... contacted Amazon via their chat system and they refunded the difference - fair play to them!

Is it just me, but with an RRP of £50 I would expect a train to go with it?http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61LqVzM3ilL._SL1000_.jpg

Oh, it's a Southeastern Train Station.

It's coming up for £47 for me...?

So it is. Try Asda they've got it at £30 too. Also cheap additional track at £10.

£47 here, although Amazon are no longer selling themselves
