I picked this up the other days with the nest mini for £10, which will sell on and knock off the price of this. Deal looks like its finished now.

Always thought this car was a bit square but love the Ford mustang and really enjoyed the build so bought this as well for the challenge. There are some really nice play features on this one. Will go nicely with the bond picture on my wall.

I'm hoping for a proper delorean and ecto 1 in the near future, couple of rumours

You'll be lucky to get £15 for the Google Nest on eBay after postage and fees.
Looks nothing like it.

Won't sell it on ebay, got £20 for last 1 on Facebook new and sealed
Thought this said £10.49 and figured id get it for my son, then i clicked on it and its £110.49... for lego

Still it looks like a steal compared to the Millenium Falcon guess thats what happens when with combine the lego tax with Disney tax.
Still expensive for what it offers.
It’s a good build, the only thing that annoys me about it is the stickers. If you are paying this much for a set surely you expect bricks with the designs already on it and not have to put stickers on.

Anyway, rant over
I live the Technics sets but this car looks ugly.

Been doing a lot of the Lego Speed Champions and the amount of stickers does my nut lol! Takes me three attempts each to get them straight.

They've already done two Ecto-1s and the first was really well done so I think that's doubtful. The BTTF Delorean was pretty awful and a big size set for that could be really nice.

Was kind of hoping with new movie might get a creator version, was hoping lego might still hold a license for them both. Few rumours online for new lego creator ecto 1 for 2021, c$200 so would be bigger like the last batmobil. Also rumours of planned movie set themed tie-ins.

The two playmobil versions of recent years are actually pretty good and been good sellers, screaming out for lego to do it properly

Want it for the collection but it’s the least desirable one for me as I just find it boring in grey for some reason. Might be different if I saw it in real life. Favourite by far is the mustang which I’m yet to build sat in the pile of shame!

Also wondering what might be next in this range to be released.

Yeah I can remember when lego was something anyone could buy.... its become a VERY expensive luxuary item now. Good for lego I suppose. Looks like they use the same sales people as Apple
My (very spoilt) nephew has a few of these large lego cars, and none of them look much like the original vehicles. He doesn't have this one, but going by the pictures, it's the least realistic of the lot. Heat added for the price, though

There are alternatives, this can be had for £24 if you don't mind 4 little letters missing off the bricks...

And don't mind the terrible working conditions and illegal business practices of those who produced it

I built one last year, just couldn't cope with the finished look, due to the suspect quality, so I returned it back to LEGO. As you can see from some of the photos, some of the bricks didn't fit too well and the colours weren't all consistent. To be honest, the LEPINING (was LEPIN, but changed name to avoid LEGO's lawyers again!) version looked much better and was £100 less. There were 12 missing pieces however, Ali Express sent them to me with no problems. LEGO need to sort out their quality otherwise superb knock-offs like these will simply take over.
