Stopped producing and ran out of stock in the DC.
Might find some retailers still have them but Poundland’s not likely anymore, if all stock hit the shelves they’re long gone at £5.

Ya got it! "Retired" Just means it's out of print. They could still have 100,000 in a warehouse somewhere.
